This upstairs tasting room has a cool view of the distillery space down below. There are some longer high tops and a few four tops with lounge chairs. The space isn't huge, but it's well decorated with industrial decor that creates an intimate and edgy atmosphere. One of the distillers and also one of owners was present when we stopped by, and we loved hearing all about their story and distilling processes! Very friendly! They have an extensive and inventive cocktail menu made with their house spirits, as well as tasting flights of their many spirits. It was fun to try a little bit of everything during our stay! I was a fan of the Old Fashioned! We took home a bottle of their bourbon to make at home!
