I was going to take off a star due to my food having hair embedded in the cheese on my turkey burger. The staff was so attentive to make me another burger with a quickness and they're so kind to remove it from my tab. I appreciate them for resolving that issue and making that experience not as bad. Those white sweet potato fries were delicious! I must find those to make some at home. The massage treatment itself was amazing and very rejuvenating. I just need to restate that again, and I appreciate my masseuse telling me to stay hydrated for the rest of the day because I felt the result the next morning only a little bit. I didn't have too bad of muscle cramps the next day. The entire sounds were beautiful and it was calming to view. Especially seeing bunnies hop around and even a lizard crawl by. The facility offers a nice locker room with robes and slippers and a couple of different waiting rooms too. There are light snacks ie: dried apricots and tea offered for those waiting for services. There is also a private spa pool for patrons with gorgeous views. The reason for four stars vs five: When my group was there, we found a few instances of toilet paper being out in several stalls, and the waiting area being unkept with blankets and towels left behind. Also several folks in my group didn't love the services they received for various reasons. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? Because we were staying on site I made the wise decision to go two days in a row. The first day I went splashy and got a facial at the Sisley spa inside the spa. I love Sisley products. What an incredible experience. This includes up to three flutes of M&C champagne, macarons and a sample gift. It was an excellent facial and a great start to our mini getaway. The second day I went to the larger part of the spa and had a one hour massage with April. This was fantastic. Both days I had full access to all the facilities for no upcharge. There were waterfalls, water therapy and a large rooftop pool. It was chilly out, but many of us braved the chill in our oversized robes in an attempt to soak up some sun by the pool. I got some sun on my legs for a good 20 minutes. Brrrrr! The second day I had a generously sized fruit salad pool side. The only recommendation is that they could make prettier packaging for the food. Service was perfect. I would repeat this in a heartbeat.
