We called at 3 PM and they were able to fit both of us in at 4:30 on a Friday, which was impressive. We both loved our massages. My friend can't remember her therapist's name, but she mentioned she was an older woman. My therapist was Ella, and she was incredible. I truly can't say enough good things. Firm pressure can be subjective, but she delivered exactly that and really helped relieve so much tension. I was in town for a business conference in Arizona and after a long hike in the Sedona trails, my feet were killing me so I needed something quick near my hotel and stumbled across this place. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival, and greeted by the lady (who appears to be the owner), I can see how there could be miscommunication considering her accent etc. I will tell you based on my observation and experience, that I received a positive experience. The masseuse took no short cuts and did her best to alleviate the pain at the bottom of my feet. Even if it meant spending 30 minutes just working on the knots. I paid for a good massage and got what I came for. Overall, it's what you would expect at a massage place, the vibes were neutral and no different than what I would expect at another professional establishment. My only suggestion is that when asking for a massage, be very particular on what you need. Keep expectations reasonable. read more

Came in for a abdominal massage to help with bloating. I was told this was something they can help with, but unfortunately the following morning I woke up with pains where they messaged. Also I didn't appreciate being gaslit about seeing doctors because I did have to spend money at the ER getting a CT scan to make sure they didn't damage any organs. They did offer a refund to me but then promptly removed the transaction thinking I wouldn't notice. Very shady business practice. read more

Their business card says "Revive, Refresh, Relax" and I certainly did that. The location is easy to find, the facility is clean, quiet, and inviting. I went in for a Swedish relaxing massage I think there was miscommunication because I was giving a deep tissue massage when I went out to pay the front desk the lady wanna charge me $80 I said to her I got a swedish massage. Than I knew right there that I received the wrong massage My massage should only be 70.00 Couple days later I can hardly walk. I called the front desk. I have found a wonderful massage therapist. Selena works at Thai Pattaya Massage at 3045 W. Agua Fria Freeway, Phoenix. The facility is nice and well maintained. Selena is outstanding. She is very accomplished and is able to understand exactly the areas and intensity needed with my sore and tight muscles. She speaks excellent English and is a very nice person. I took my fiance here tonight for his birthday, we booked two 90 min Thai massages. Though I booked a Thai massage, that's not what I got. My therapist just kept lightly rubbing oil on my back, almost the same back massage for almost an hour- towards the end she eventually moved to my legs and arms for a minute. Not only that, and perhaps the worst part, she had the business phone with her and left 3 times during the massage to go book appointments. Each time she came back she would explain that she was sorry but they were short staffed. I could not understand why she wouldn't just choose to let the calls go to voicemail if she was in a service. At checkout, she did not offer to charge me less given that I did not get my full 90 minutes, and when I asked if I had gotten a traditional Thai massage (I knew I didn't, as I've had them before and this one didn't have any body walking and more of an oily Swedish massage vibe), she lied and said yes. My fiancé's massage was also terrible, he said the only good thing was how she rubbed his calves, but his back actually felt worse afterwards. Save money and go to Magic Feet. read more

I walked in totally randomly and unplanned, since I arrived 2 hours too early for my movie and need to find a way to kill time. But I'm pleasantly surprised and really glad I did cause I had great experience. It located between a barbershop and a nail saloon, and the inside is bigger than what it looks from outside, spacious and comfortable, tidy and hygienic, and the rooms are quite private and soundproof. The receptionist is really polite, helpful, and thoughtful, even though I'm walk-in without any reservations, she still helped me get my masseur ready in few minutes. Quite pleasant and convenient that a massage place has the potential to accept walk-in customers. Also provided me snacks and small bottled water. They provide Thai, Sweden, and deep tissue massages with optional add on services like hot stones, with three time range option 45/60/90 mins, I went with the 60mins Thai massage option, and felt great afterwards. The masseur is really professional and skillful, reminds me of my massage experiences back when I was visiting Thailand, plus it significantly improved my sore shoulder/neck issue afterwards. To sum up, I'm quite happy that I decided to walk in and give this newly opened business a try, and would happy to book reservations for more massages in the future. read more

I have had several massages here and they have both been with Ella . She is excellent and the deep tissue massage is a great experience. Ella is very perceptive of where to go deeper and where to reduce the pressure. 90 minutes seems like a long time, but the time flies by.
