I've been a regular customer at Bell Spa for many years. The women who work there are all from China, and there tends to be frequent turnover among the staff. However, that has never been a problem -- every therapist I've had has been exceptionally skilled and gives an outstanding massage. Each one has their own unique style, and there have been several I would have loved to see again, but they often move on or are no longer available. Most of the therapists speak limited English, but communication has never been an issue -- we always find a way to understand each other. The spa also serves women, and I often see female clients in the waiting area. I especially enjoy their hot oil and hot stone massage, which is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Talked to a lady confirming 3 appointments for deep tissue massage 1 hr, specifically asking for 1 room. When I showed up for the appointment time they were putting 2 of us in a room & 1 alone. They acted like they never told me they could do 1 room and were saying it's a good deal. I asked if we can get a discount for the inconvenience and she just kept saying thank you & was pushing me out. Super rude, not sure if the massages are good Bc we didn't get that far. If you want specifics for your massage go somewhere else, they don't care about what you want, they just want your money! Horrible costumer service... ruined my day. read more

We called ahead week ahead to make an appointment and they didn't take our name or phone number, but when we got there they were ready for us. We did a deep tissue couple massage for an hour and it was just what we needed. They focused on all our problem areas without telling them and it was a little painful bc I'm in pretty bad shape but it was what I needed. If you're looking for an experience, this place isn't it. LeeLee gave me a nice combo of deep tissue and Thai massage. I have to say it was one of the best massages I've had in a while. My lower back has been bothering me for nearly 3 weeks, and she somehow got me feel better after 1 hr of working all my knots and pains out. I even feel like my spine is more aligned after she was done with me. The hot oil was a really nice touch. This place is not a traditional massage parlor. I took my girlfriend to get a massage there and all they did was, in so many words, caressed her. The so-called masseuse was getting on top of the massage bed, which was extremely uncomfortable for my girlfriend & just felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. They ask you to pay upfront before the service even begins, which is extremely questionable, and when you are done with your service, they yell at you "tip!!! tip!!! tip!!! " read more

There customer service is really bad. They barely understand English. You have to pay upfront there and I paid for a 30 minute message but they couldn't print the recipe so they said "I have no money" and told me I can't get a message until I pay in cash. I was trying to tell them that I paid but they just couldn't print the recipe because they ran out of paper. Sadly they could not understand my English. I had already paid for the message using my credit card. They told me to leave until I have cash instead. So basically I just paid them 48 dollars, didn't get a message and got kicked out. read more
