Massage by Sawana is the absolute best massage experience I have ever had. I went to see her and only told her that I was having upper back pain. During the massage Sawana identified and addressed another area that was problematic and caused extreme discomfort for me. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised that she was so attentive to my muscles and my body's needs, that she recognize and work on the other area. After her massage I was able to stand up normally, my work outs and runs have improved, and the pain is gone. I would recommend Sawana to EVERYONE!! I just had my first massage with Megan... and it won't be the last! I got a 90-minute massage as a gift 2 years ago and finally used it today. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, music was perfect, temperature was perfect, and the massage was incredible!! Megan was kind, friendly, very personable, and asked questions to make sure I would get what I wanted/needed out of the experience. She specializes in medium/hard massages, but I need a light touch and the pressure she used was perfect! I cannot recommend Megan highly enough! I don't even know where to start listing all the things that make the Salt Spa amazing! Sawana is super friendly, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and has magic hands. She can find knots I didn't even know were tight! The halotherapy is an added benefit for inflammation. Aaron has been a welcome addition to the spa too. His technique and approach is completely different but equally amazing. I'll be alternating between the two for maximum benefits! The spa is clean, the environment is relaxing, but that table....
