I was excited to use Sawanna and support local, and her massages are always a transcendental experience (see my previous review here). But then she brought on another massage therapist, Aaron. After Sawanna told me how great Aaron is, I knew I had to try him. He is AMAZING! Aaron used a variety of different approaches to get to my deep knots in my back: massage, cupping, and even an electric massager that looked like a drill and felt like heaven. I am an athlete and I work at my desk 8-10 hours a day, so I get some serious issues in my back. Aaron didn't miss a step jumping right in there. He pulled out the big guns (I mentioned the electric contraption, right?!) and left me feeling like I'd had a great workout: a little sore but mostly relaxed and ready for the next thing. Ladies, if you haven't had a male massage you, you need to try. Aaron was extremely professional and, given that he's male, very strong. He is clearly experienced and touched base with me throughout to ensure I was okay, comfortable, and he was applying the right amount of pressure. I don't even know where to start listing all the things that make the Salt Spa amazing! Sawana is super friendly, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and has magic hands. She can find knots I didn't even know were tight! The halotherapy is an added benefit for inflammation. Aaron has been a welcome addition to the spa too. His technique and approach is completely different but equally amazing. I'll be alternating between the two for maximum benefits! The spa is clean, the environment is relaxing, but that table.... I went to Sawana for the first time today for a birthday massage I was gifting myself. She gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. 90 minutes of pure relaxation. She is located inside a hair salon that is a little tricky to find but once you do you'll be blown away by the unique design of this place. Her room is very private and serene and her bed is incredibly comfortable and her oil is top notch - I felt so moisturized! Her touch is wonderful and she can really key into what is going on with your body. She was worth the drive and I would definitely recommend and be back. read more

Sawana is absolutely amazing. Every detail about the experience has been meticulously thought through. The first time I went I told her pressure I liked, what problem areas I had, etc. I am not sure if she has a discreet note system or just a photographic memory but every detail of my requests have been followed EXACTLY every time I have seen her since (which is probably 30-40 visits). Oh, and when you book an "hour" massage, it isn't 50 minutes. It is THE FULL HOUR, amazing since Sawana's rates are at or lower then most therapist I have been to. I met Sawana for the first time last night and her massage was fantastic. I have been searching for a local massage therapist who was excellent but also pleasant and nice. Sawana is a great massage therapist and also a nice person to be around. Her space was soothing and clean. No strong smells (candles or incense) and her method was deep but not painfully so. I have no chronic injuries, I just enjoy the relaxation of a good massage. The massage was everything I had hoped it would be and I will certainly be back for more. read more

I left at lease two separate phone messages which were never returned. So I finally just decided to book an appointment online which she confirms by email. The appointment is set for several days away at 1:30. She texts me 90 minutes before my appointment and says she has to cancel. So I set up another appointment for the following week again at 1:30 which she confirms. Again I get a text this following week, 90 minutes before my appointment saying that she has to cancel again. This girl is completely unreal. I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere. read more
