Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. I immediately called back and said I wanted the Zelle right away to confirm that I would be getting my refund to which I was told that she had to wait until she got home that night to do it from a computer, I said, don't you have a computer in the office or the app on your phone and she said it can only be done from her home phone!!!
