I made an appointment after using the request a quote tool on Yelp. The response rate was remarkable and within about 30 minutes I had an appointment for a few days later. The location is easy to find but tucked away off Henderson Rd. in a small shopping complex next to a barber shop and a paint store. The staff is friendly and quick to greet you when you arrive. My appointment took less than twenty minutes. My dress took about two weeks and I had it hemmed, a slit put in the front, and the straps shortened a bit. It came out to about $115 with tax and the work was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time I need any clothing alterations. The reviews are real and you can definitely trust them.

First of all they don't have a price list and it's my fault I didn't stop there. But I figured how high could they be? My husband had them clean 2 items(suit pants and jacket) about a month ago and paid under $20. Anyways I dropped off 7 items, was told I would get a Text when done and the amount. I received a timely text stating " I have 4 orders for pick up." For further information text "order" which I did and the price was $117.95. I couldn't believe that was accurate. I had 2 sweaters, 2 dresses, 2 pairs of pants and one suit jacket. Anyway, when I went to pick up items and said I think there's a mistake, the lady said probably not. When I asked why so high and why not a price list I was told prices goes up all the time due to the materials needed and tariffs. I will not recommend this cleaners due to high price and no price list. I don't like surprises like that.

The old school interaction of being able to go in, talk about your garments, hand them off is no more. The small business mom and pop feel has been stripped completely now with the Columbus Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services franchise updating to no contact and current tech. Drop off experience went ok after I figured it out. When I returned the return kiosk froze and I had to get someone in the back to help and manually process the payment. Then go back and wait for the automatic vending of my clothes. Just not a fan but better than not having a dry cleaning option. Pricing was $42.59 after tax for a Jacket and a Suit Jacket. Hoping future experiences will be more seamless and I am sure I'll adjust to change but will miss the personal Ross Cleaners feel.
