Any n/a beers?

Hey Chris! Unfortunately we do not have any at the moment.

Do they allow small dogs on their patio?

Hey Rachel! We allow small dogs on the perimeter of our plaza patio area (north side of building by the front door), but not on the riverside patio.

It's located in an old building downtown that has a couple levels. The upstairs is often used for private events like parties. If it's not available then it's hard to get a seat anywhere. The seats at the bar fill up, and there's only a few tables. It's about $7 a pint. There's a few of the more stronger ones that cost more though. Best one we had the last time was the 3 Amigos Imperial Stout. Full bodied and thick as a brick too. There's notes of ancho chilis, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Also got something to eat. It's $8 for the Bavarian Pretzel. Helps to absorb the alcohol. They also have chips and salsa among the food options. Got to add it to the list of breweries that seem to be everywhere in this city. I recently visited Alter Brewing, and let me tell you, this place is a disaster. First off, we called ahead to try and make a reservation and were told we didn't need one. When we arrived, it was packed, and we couldn't get a seat by the river because it was FULL. Seriously, if you don't take reservations, at least manage your seating better! We got seated at a tall table that was unbelievably wobbly and far from the river. After complaining to our server, we were moved to a different table. Finally, we thought things were looking up - but NO. Not even two minutes after sitting down, some man came up to us saying the table was reserved and we would have to move. He walked away, whispered to someone while looking back at us, then came back and said we could stay. So unprofessional and rude! Bottom line: DO NOT GO. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever. The staff is clueless, the seating is a joke, and the overall atmosphere is downright uncomfortable. Never coming back. read more

Each dish was bursting with flavor. The burger of the month was a standout, combining fresh ingredients with innovative techniques that truly elevated the dining experience. The flavors were well-balanced and left a lasting impression. To complement our meal, we explored the impressive selection of craft beers. We each got a flight to try the amazing selections. I remember this place from the former restaurant which was not a culinary hit and maybe that was a reason bu Le Cochon is proudly representing a good french cousine. We did not have the reservation for Saturday night dinner but were seated at the bar where we had a great attendence from gentlemen from the bar. Atmosphere is cosy, with dimmed lights and the noise is moderate making it a good place for talks during the diner . They had a Spanish wines wine special where the bottle of wine started at $16 which is deal you do not find very often those days. We started with some appetizers: Oysters--Very , fresh crisp served with apple mignonette which was awesome Charcuterie; Pork Rillette, absolutely delicious. Dried sausage, very good quality. Pastrami de canard, another fantastic meat option I just wish they served 4 pieces for a couple which would be easier to share. Evrything was served with grain mustard , cornichons , jam and light crisps. Dinner: Macaronade Setoise-comfort food at its best, pasta was cooked al dente , tomato sauce was deep and rich and addition of sausage gave it that extra umami flavor. Beef Bourguignon--French classic. Beef was cooked well, served with vegetables and demi glace sauce. I wish there was bit more of the sauce around the potatoes but the whole dish was delicious and went well with Spanich Garnacha wine. We finished with Creme Brulee which was very good but I thing the sugar was schorched a little beyond the right temperature because it was a little bit bitter.
