Nice mall, clean, organized and lots of stores and places to eat to choose from, however I can't help be feel this mall is slowly growing into a Mall of Millenia type of mall. So many fancy, $$$ stores here. read more

Compared with other smaller malls in the are, like the Florida Mall, Altamonte Mall is by far the best. It has a good selection and variety of stores, it has a great food court, and even a play area for kids. If I need to go out shopping, this is definitely one of my usual stops! read more

So many stores and a movie theater too! I really like this mall, it has way more options than the Fashion Square Mall and there's also a lot to do in the surrounding area. They even have an Apple Store, which is great if you don't want to deal with the bigger malls like Millenia or Florida Mall. Always a good day when I can make it over here. read more

I work at this mall, and I think that it is available to cater to everyone. Tourist are always coming in and out of my store, and we are always able to help many of them. The mall has the Apple Store, plus we have the Michael Kors store, and coach. There is an array of shoe stores; footlocker, champs, kids footlocker, journeys, traffic, and finishline. There are also smaller stores such as; elite, Zumies, and wet seal. There area y stores for kids, men, women, and teens. They also have the Build-A-Bear and the kids play place. Though I am lifetime Florida resident and have shopped this store for years my service was horrible. I will no longer do business at this location. An item I purchased at Christmas time (robe) was for myself and to replace the same item I had worn for years and was replacing due to wear. Unfortunately when I got it home I discovered it was no longer made the same way and the fit was totally unsatisfactory. I returned it in the same bag, all tags still attached and with the receipt! I was told that since it was 4 days over the 60 day period they could no longer accept the return!!! They wouldn't even apply store credit. The cashier was condescending and the "manager" , Amy , was downright rude. I remained polite throughout the encounter, and left explaining I would not be returning. Nearly in unison they said "Sorry, hope your day gets better" . read more

This is an average mall. Food court, department stores, and side stores are the usual. If you're east of east of 17/92, head north to Seminole Towne Center in Sanford. Seminole Towne Center is also your average, but less crowded than Altamonte and it has a very-cool burger joint that sells beer in the food court. read more

I went for the Jordan release and was in line for the shoes. When the some guy behind me cuts in front and get the last pair of shoes when I was in line before him. Both customers in front said I was behind them. When I confronted the cashier he was so rude. Never going to that's fuxkin store. read more

Personally, I think its the best mall in Orlando. They have everything you could need. Its not touristy and packed all the time. (Just around holidays like normal.) It has good stores, and good deals. The food court is adequate, and there is always parking. There are also a lot of good stores around the mall area. I come here all the time when I need just about anything. read more

We dined at the elephant bar and the service and food was fabulous. Our server was on point! The manager came over and made sure all ofour needs were met. I was impressed with cleanliness of this restaurant. I would definately go back! read more

The Altamonte Mall is a solid mall. We are fans because of it's location and because they have all the common stores. It's hard to give the Altamonte Mall five stars when there is a super nice, brand new mall with higher end stores in town, like Millenia. Four stars is fair and I have to agree with most of my fellow Yelper's comments. Alicia P. hits all the highlights and between Stephanie L., Leslie W., and Colleen, they cover everything else. All in all, the Altamonte Mall is a four star mall with potential to achieve the fifth one down the road. read more

One of the better malls around. Most of the time it's not too crowded. There are new stores opening up and they are always upgrading the features. Food court is good similar to other malls lots of sunlight shining through giving a nice sunny feel. There are restrooms located strategically so it's not too far in any direction. read more

I really like this mall. I personally wish the Sephora was a stand alone store so they could carry more product. I like most of the stores here. Usually great selection but average size women (8-10) (Medium) should try to shop on days when shipment comes in because those sizes go very fast. Parking isn't always too bad. Some days can be worse than others on holidays and weekends. Overall it's a very nice mall though most of the stores can be slightly high end. read more

Very good mall, it only gets too crowded on holiday seasons. It is very convenient and well located. It is only missing Cheesecake Factory.

Still my favorite mall! They still have F.Y.E., which no other mall in central Florida has! One of the last few locations, period! They have a nice food court, including frozen yogurt shop. More stores have opened or are opening soon. It's improved a lot in the past few years. It will always be my favorite mall! I can't wait until Black Friday to get my shoppin' on! read more

I love this mall but I'm giving it three simply because I do not like the place Cache. I was shopping around for dress for a wedding I was going to attend. I had never been there so I had decided to look. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman who works there. I felt judge by her because I had asked about this dress I saw on a mannique, and she told me it was pricey and that I should look at their clearance stuff, she kept saying we have dresses at a low price. Yes I was wearing my comfy clothes, but the fact is, no worker should ever judge a customer on what they are wearing, I felt offended. I asked about the dress several times and she didn't even once acknowledge the fact that I wanted to try it on. I had more helpful and very great customer service at Macy's than that stuck up judgmental place. read more

Absolutely love this mall. Very nice friendly atmosphere for everyone. They even offer free wifi cool. Love shopping with the kids and taking my baby there for s stroll through. The food is good but needs more variety too many Chinese restaurants should have different option. Always well kept very clean. read more

This is your typical American mall, pretty to look at, with a wide array of all your favorite mall variety shops. Even an indoor playground for disposing of that 5 year olds energy before dragging him on to the second level of this plaza. This mall offers nothing over the top, just a place to get done all that shopping in a light bright atmosphere or browse the latest fashions with like minded mall goers. You'll find Bebe, Aldo, Abercrombie, Ann Taylor, and even Coach here. And those are just the higlights of A-C. The upper level has a large food court, and it wouldn't be a mall if not for the prerequisite samples of bourbon and teriaki chicken, They were even handing out delicious strawberry smoothy samples from Nature's Choice, making it unnecessary to actually pay for lunch and come away with a nice mid-day snack for free. Of course after you've tired yourself out at mall portion of this complex head across the parking lot for dinner at Bahama Breeze, a local favorite, or the new Elephant Bar theme restaurant. Then end your night with a flick at the Altamonte multiplex, also a short walk away. A whole day of entertainment without the need of your vehicle, except of course to drop off all those newly bought couldn't live without items. read more

Super close to my house and while it looked like this mall was going downhill for a bit...it has happily rebounded and boasts new stores and they're constantly trying to lure new retailers. I like the anchor stores, but nothing is like going to the Mall at Millenia. It's about the selection and you WILL NOT find a better one in Orlando than at the Mall at Millenia. This mall is great if you're not looking for any particular high end goods. One gripe is that the escalator near the food court breaks on a fairly regular basis. When I worked here for my first job ever....nearly 30 years ago....it was breaking even then. Come on now, how difficult is it to get that fixed once and for all?! If you're in or around this mall and need to get your nails done or a spa treatment, go to the nail salon on the upper level near the food court. Excellent service there and they are in their new location with all new equipment. read more

My safe haven away from all the tourists. It's a longer drive from my house, but it definitely has a better selection than fashion square, & not nearly the zoo that is the Florida mall. It has all of your basics: Macy's, forever21, wet seal, bath & body.. etc. It's indoors so it's a great way to escape the Floridian heat. The food court is one of the best I've seen! It's got a wide selection of chinese, Indian, Mediterranean, and a mcdonald's if you're looking for something more familiar. read more

Great mall! Better than the Seminole Town Center, which i live closer to. Barnes and Noble is a big draw for me, as well as Oceanology, The Apple Store and the great food court. Selections are better in the anchor stores as well. Only complaint is the smelly popcorn booth that recently arrived in the center court...too many mixed smells do not go good together! read more

Really nice items in the store but the customer service was not good at all. While in the store asking one of the salesman for pricing, the other salesman is gesturing for us to go behind our backs. Very unprofessional. My kids shop there all the time and i was looking in this store for Christmas items. They will not be returning. read more

The girls in this store aren't always the nicest, but they're never rude. Today, unfortunately, I had an encounter with an employee I've never seen before and she was not my favorite. She asked if I needed any help (okay, good start) and I proceeded to tell her I was looking to get a sample of the product I was looking at. With this she said "Are you dry?? Bc this has Argon oil in it." I told her in some areas I was and then there was a long pause and she followed up with, in a passive aggressive tone "I mean I'll give you sample, but I'm just letting you know." I told her I'd keep looking and she "okay"ed me and walked away without further questioning me about my skin or skin type to maybe point me in a better direction since this product was apparently not suitable for me. Now I know I'm probably being sensitive, but not only do I work in retail myself, but my sister works at a Sephora as well so I'm highly aware of what is expected of these employees and what is expected when giving great customer service. I left empty handed and I'm hoping to have better luck else where read more
