My mom shops here all the time and she has so many of the coupons that we never use. I ordered a mix pizza which has 5 topping and I called in at 2:22 pm to order and he said 20-30 mins. Got there at 2:43 and the young guy says you called 2 minutes ago and I showed my phone that was actually 21 minutes. I waited and waited and finally got my pizza at 3:01. They charged me $16 and when I handed the coupon they deducted $4 and said I owed $12. When I asked how much is a large one topping pizza they said $7.50 so I then said why don't you deduct $7.50 and he said we only deduct $4. I asked if I order one topping pizza. Will you charge me $4? He said no, it'll be $7.50. He had no valid answer and the owner didn't have the courtesy to come in and try to explain and instead he had a disgusting smirk on his face and this employee was looking to other customers and smiling. You either don't offer coupons or if you do you will have a valid answer to explain how the coupon works. On top of everything, the owner thinks he's very cool and can joke around with everyone but his jokes are very lame and tasteless.

I tried just about every pizza and some of their other dishes. Today, when I called in my order, I was advised they didn't have Margarita Pizza. So I ordered the Alfredo Pizza. When I got there, the girl that took my ordered shrugged her shoulders when I grabbed the menu to point out the Margarita Pizza. Instead of apologizing she shrugged her shoulders and was about to charge me for the small extra jalapeños. Plus the Alfredo Pizza didn't taste right. Either they forgot the Alfredo sauce or didn't put enough. Through the years even Armenian pizza is not as good as it used to be. They had the basil stems on the pizza and the feta cheese was extra wet and less than the usually amount. Overall the service was always a hit or miss since the new ownership. An apology goes a long way!

Calling out to all Philly transplants in the area that bleed Eagle's green, Phillie's red, Sixer's blue, Flyer's orange and all things Philly check it out. I ordered a pint of beer (Pacifico) and sat down. Next thing you know, this nice lady is making a pitcher! uh oh. My wife noticed and I went up and told her that we ordered a pint. She said, oh, thanks for telling me and proceeded to make the pitcher! She put it down on our table and said the pitcher is "on me". Really? So NICE!
