Pedro explained the process and and also explained the costs and things that might have to be replaced. I also wanted to have some holes cut for skylights and vents and while their company does not do any interior type work, they put the outside parts of the skylights and the new vents in for me exactly where I asked (Pedro even helped me figure out a spot for the kitchen vent when we discovered the location I wanted was too close to a pipe). The time estimate Pedro gave was roughly 10 business days but he and his guys managed to finish a day early, which was great because being in a house while the roof is being put on is awful. I was very impressed by how well the whole operation was coordinated, with the guys work and material arrival and trash removal and running like a well oiled machine. There was also at least one occasion where Pedro did some inspections and made his guys redo something. I don't know exactly what it was but I saw him pointing and talking to his guy and then the guy went and undid a section by the edge of the roof and put new material down. Knowing that Pedro was inspecting for mistakes and making sure his guys did things exactly the way he wanted them done was comforting to know that he was paying attention the quality of the work. Overall the roof looks very nice and I'm very happy with the work, and I would definitely recommend Pedro and his team!

I first contacted Roof Time during what had already become a long and frustrating roof-leak dispute involving my solar installation. From the very beginning, Tony did far more than simply give me an estimate. He listened to what had happened, thoroughly inspected my roof, documented the conditions he observed, took extensive photographs, and provided me with the professional information I needed to understand what was actually happening with my home. When the solar panels were finally removed so the roof underneath could be properly inspected, Tony and his team were there. Even when unexpected scheduling issues with the solar company disrupted the inspection that morning, Roof Time worked with me and graciously returned later so the inspection could still take place. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Throughout this entire process, Tony remained responsive, patient, professional, and willing to answer my questions.
