There were a number of problems on my job that were no fault of Wolfy's--e.g., the fallout from COVID, the bankruptcy of the supplier of the cement tiles for my job, a nonperforming subcontractor that I had selected for Wolfy's (they had selected a subcontractor and I wanted a different on that they agreed to use), and more. Not even once did Woify's come to me for more money, despite the fact that the foregoing problems added a large amount to their cost of completing my job. To put it simply, Wolfy's is the real deal. When you make a deal with them, the deal is the deal, regardless of why and how much outside factors increase their cost. As we were emailed the 19 page contract, and more, I read every word and had numerous questions. I wanted clarity of the contract and did not want any misunderstandings. (I appreciated that everything was in writing, as opposed to a well-known painting company that we had recently dealt with, who gave no paperwork and not only changed what was agreed upon, but did not finish the job.) Now you tell me, what does an 89 year old need with a 50 year roof? It sounds like deliberate deception to me and may even qualify as elder abuse. She was hit with a bill for $49,000 and change and had to take a good deal of money out her IRA and put the rest on a charge card which, if she made the minimum payment each month, would take her 30 years to pay off. Avoid this company and tell your friends.

I was glad we decided to have them put the screening around the system to keep birds from making nests underneath. They calculated the right amount of panels - I barely have an electric bill now. It was a smarter value to buy the system outright instead of leasing too. While they were on the roof, they noticed 2 broken tiles in a different area and brought it to our attention. RR was able to find the discontinued tiles! We were glad to have them take care of that as well.
