It's too bad that I could not offer Wolfy's more stars. They are unbelievable! There is…read moreabsolutely no room for improvement of their work--everything they do is perfect. So, if you're a perfectionist, this is the roofer you need. However, even more important than the superior quality of Wolfy's work is their treatment of their clients. There were a number of problems on my job that were no fault of Wolfy's--e.g., the fallout from COVID, the bankruptcy of the supplier of the cement tiles for my job, a nonperforming subcontractor that I had selected for Wolfy's (they had selected a subcontractor and I wanted a different on that they agreed to use), and more. Not even once did Woify's come to me for more money, despite the fact that the foregoing problems added a large amount to their cost of completing my job. To put it simply, Wolfy's is the real deal. When you make a deal with them, the deal is the deal, regardless of why and how much outside factors increase their cost. Moreover, your job will be completed to the highest quality regardless of anything.

Roof Time Deserves More Than Five Stars…read more If I could give Tony and the Roof Time team more than five stars, I absolutely would. I first contacted Roof Time during what had already become a long and frustrating roof-leak dispute involving my solar installation. From the very beginning, Tony did far more than simply give me an estimate. He listened to what had happened, thoroughly inspected my roof, documented the conditions he observed, took extensive photographs, and provided me with the professional information I needed to understand what was actually happening with my home. When the solar panels were finally removed so the roof underneath could be properly inspected, Tony and his team were there. Even when unexpected scheduling issues with the solar company disrupted the inspection that morning, Roof Time worked with me and graciously returned later so the inspection could still take place. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Throughout this entire process, Tony remained responsive, patient, professional, and willing to answer my questions. His inspection findings, photographs, repair proposal, and documentation became an important part of the information I was able to provide while trying to get my roof repaired. When it finally came time to perform the repairs, there was no question who I wanted doing the work. Tony and his team completed the approved repairs, replaced the damaged/broken tiles, addressed the leak areas, and performed water testing afterward. They also checked for any additional concealed damage while the work was underway. Thankfully, no additional hidden problems were discovered, and the testing showed no continued leaking. But what stands out to me most isn't just the quality of their work. It's how they treated me throughout the entire process. This wasn't a simple roofing job for me. It was months of inspections, reports, photographs, phone calls, emails, delays, and uncertainty. Tony and Roof Time stayed with me through it. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they consistently provided the documentation and cooperation I needed to keep moving forward. There are contractors who show up, complete a job, and leave. Then there are companies like Roof Time that genuinely stand behind their work and their customers. Tony and his team have been with me every step of the way, from helping document the problem to finally getting my roof repaired. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, integrity, patience, communication, and quality of work. Five stars simply aren't enough. I would recommend Roof Time and Tony without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust--especially when you need someone who will take the time to thoroughly investigate a problem, document their findings, explain what they're seeing, and stand beside their customer until the job is done. Thank you, Tony and the entire Roof Time team. You helped me through one of the most frustrating situations I've dealt with as a homeowner, and I truly appreciate everything you've done for me and my home.

I cannot recommend Roof Time highly enough. When I discovered a leak in my roof, I contacted…read moreseveral roofing companies for estimates. Two companies told me I needed a new roof and quoted exorbitant prices. A friend recommended Roof Time and said they had done an excellent job on his roof. Tony, the proprietor, came by to inspect my roof and provide an estimate. Rather than trying to sell me a new roof, he explained that with proper maintenance and some repairs, my current roof likely had another 5-10 years of life left. Tony and his team completed the repairs and could not have been more professional, courteous, and reliable. Above all, I am incredibly grateful for Tony's integrity and honesty. It is refreshing to find a contractor who puts the customer's best interests first. I recommend Roof Time without hesitation and plan to use them for all of my future roofing needs. Thank you, Tony and team!

My husband and I absolutely loved our experience with Scudder Roofing. Our experience could not…read morehave been better. The people at Scudders used excellent quality materials, with experienced workers, and are very nice, patient, friendly, hardworking, professional, and kept their word. Our roof looks simply fabulous. We first met with Javier, Project Consultant, who explained the process, styles of roofing, potential costs, estimated time to do the job, warranties, payment schedule, and much more. As we were emailed the 19 page contract, and more, I read every word and had numerous questions. I wanted clarity of the contract and did not want any misunderstandings. (I appreciated that everything was in writing, as opposed to a well-known painting company that we had recently dealt with, who gave no paperwork and not only changed what was agreed upon, but did not finish the job.) Javier met with us and patiently answered every question. Really a nice guy. We also met a week prior to our start date of the job with Jaime, Project Manager, to discuss outside and inside protection issues of our plants, trees, and inside wall hangings etc., along with the projected daily schedule. Jaime and his men were always on time, working hard each day, practiced COVID manners, took their appropriate and needed breaks during our hot weather, kept me updated, patiently answered all of my questions, and cleaned up at every day's end. Jaime is a man of integrity for his work and respecting the owner's home. We have a very high challenging roof with different pitches. I would call it a very scary roof to work on and it is why we waited so long to have our roof redone. I thought it a potential accident waiting to happen, but they tackled it with high skill. Anytime that I had questions for the office, I loved, Janet, Connie, and Jen answering the phone with their friendly quick and polite assistance. Martha with the accounting department was the best to put it mildly. Scudders finished to the day that they had said initially it would take, and followed up quickly with their warranty paper work on our roof. They lived up to their word from the very start through to the end. I can't imagine our roof looking any nicer. We could not be happier. Tom and Constance

Now you tell me, what does an 89 year old need with a 50 year roof? It sounds like deliberate deception to me and may even qualify as elder abuse. She was hit with a bill for $49,000 and change and had to take a good deal of money out her IRA and put the rest on a charge card which, if she made the minimum payment each month, would take her 30 years to pay off. They are painting the facia board they have replaced and are doing everything up to code and took the time to pull all permits (as all companies should do). I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They take every precaution, like putting foam pads on the tile roof before they walk on it to prevent any further breakage of the tiles.
