There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction. After checking the basic functions, I said "let's talk about price". "Sam" said, "nothing to talk about. You want it or you don't". I told him we don't want it and asked for the deposit back (my wife didn't know she didn't need to give a deposit). This began his tirade of insults, yelling, and name calling where he was desperately grasping at any weak argument to steal our money. He decided to call the police which didn't work out for him because they didn't side with him and he ultimately gave the deposit back. He said they had a full inspection on a vehicle and then when my husband asked to see it just said that his mechanic said everything works, my husband also asked about why a Catalytic converter was replaced multiple times on a newer vehicle (we know this could likely mean deeper issues on the vehicle), seller just gave a bogus answer. Overall experience felt fishy and like they were trying to hide issues on the vehicles. Would not recommend coming here, we will not be coming back.

I went to Moose who was very polite and courteous. What I thought would be an hour to hour & half for my service and after sitting in the lobby for almost an hour I was advised what he recommended for my vehicle. He did offer me an Uber home so I wasn't stuck inside the lobby and was also picked up by uber at no charge. The down side is, if you use a credit card you have an extra surcharge I believe it was 3%. My previous service center did not charge you extra for using a credit card. The lobby area was nice and clean and they offer free coffee & donuts while you wait. They do offer promos so if you have a discount from another service dealer they will accept them. But you do have to bring the offer with you. Everyone who works there are polite and helpful.

I went in and it was even prettier in person. The color, the mileage, the price were terrific!
