I understand parts delays happen, and I was told this glass is on a national backorder with many customers waiting and no current ETA. My main frustration has been the lack of communication during that time. I've had to reach out repeatedly for updates, and I was expecting a follow-up call over a week ago from Customer Care Manager David Rodriguez that I did not receive. When Toyota Customer Relations tried to assist, they were also unable to reach him, and there wasn't another team member available to help move things forward. This vehicle is very important to our family as we use it daily to transport our special needs daughter and her belongings. Being without it for this long has been difficult. My Toyota cases are 261007002816 and 261015002891. I remain hopeful Mossy Toyota and Toyota can work together to provide a loaner option and and a clearer timeline for owners in this situation.and make it right. This should not be happening.

If you don't care about how your employees are representing your dealership, then that means you don't care about your customers. Don't come here; you might buying something that this store lets their staff joyride in without consequence.
