I'm not saying buy a car from here or I'm not saying don't buy a car from here, but this was my experience. We looked at the car. It looked OK. I took it home. First thing I noticed was a leak in the power steering pump which I took back to him and he said he fixed. He did not. When I called him up later about it he said it was past the #Warranty time. Since then the power window on the passenger side went out. I wanted to check the brakes, but several of the studs were cross threaded, and I had to replace about five studs. The car started making loud noise and I noticed it was the air-conditioning unit which he said he had replaced. I'm quite sure what he replaced it with but it was not a quality unit and it did not even look new. The bearings went out and since it was an aftermarket and not an OEM I had to replace the whole unit. While doing that job, the serpentine belt tensioner was making noise and I had to replace it. But the worst thing about the car was that we noticed upon accelerating and braking it swayed some. The control arm on the passenger front wheel had a broken loose. This absolutely should not happen. The car was absolutely dangerous to drive in this condition. Fortunately nothing happened. We were very lucky that we did not Lose control of the car while driving. Whoever worked on these cars for him did a very shoddy job. If you are thinking about purchasing a car here, I highly recommend a thorough top to bottom inspection by a trusted mechanic. read more

Willy and team gave me superior service. Bought the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price. That's pretty much what you hope for and expect, right? They understood my need for precision, timing, and expedited service. I was able to purchase the car in about ten minutes. Highly recommended! read more

Unfortunately Willie is a con artist. He will use his Google reviews to make him seem reputable, however that is far from the truth. He will sell you a dream and seems down to earth, but hes just trying to push his inventory. He moves fast & makes many mistakes. My family member recently purchased a car from him & within 2 weeks it needed service. Willie tried to make it seem like it was her fault and guilt tripped her. When she picked up her car the tires were changed and they spray painted the back of her car white, and the car STILL HAS MECHANICAL ISSUES. It's a sketchy sketchy business I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!!! I'm sure he will respond & deny all allegations, but of course he would right ? It's his shady business. Shame on him for selling the city lemons. read more

Exceptional Experience - Above and Beyond Service I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Willy at Beyer Enterprise. Due to the government shutdown, our financial situation was not ideal--we only had $3,000 to put down, my credit had taken a hit, and my boyfriend is still in the process of rebuilding his. Most places wouldn't even consider working with us under those circumstances. But Willy did something you just don't see anymore--he trusted us. Without running our credit or putting us through a stressful process, he offered in-house financing based on our word. That level of understanding and compassion is incredibly rare, and it meant more to us than we can express. On top of that, the car we purchased has been in excellent condition--truly top-notch--and priced very fairly. The only issue was a cracked windshield, and Willy didn't hesitate to take care of it. Within a couple of days, he had a mobile service come out and replace it completely. From start to finish, this was hands-down superior service. Willy is honest, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're looking for someone who will work with you and treat you like a person--not just a number--this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend! read more

This dude Willie completely ripped me off. Gave me a 10 day warranty and the check engine light came on and the vehicle started failing on the 10th day. The warranty also was VOID if the car overheated. I'm guessing he KNEW that was about how long he had before he could be expecting call. He claims he had it throughly inspected... which means he KNEW the engine was BAD. This is on a Mazda SUV. He said "you bought a used car..." and said he could "try to help" if I towed the vehicle from SF to San Diego AT MY OWN EXPENSE. This whole fiasco costed me (after 3 more inspections, insurance, tax, dmv expenses) nearly $12,000. I'm taking this into legal hands. Not to mention that my job REQUIRES A VEHICLE, so he majorly screwed up my new job as well. read more

I live in N. Carolina and my son lives in Eureka. He totaled his car and I was searching the internet for a replacement. Doing all this sight unseen was a concern. We purchased the car from Willie and could not be happier. He went way out of his way to be helpful. It was a leap of faith that we are really glad we made! He delivered it to Burbank airport and met my son who flew down. I couldn't say enough of what a solid guy he is and the quality cars he sells. He went way out of his way to help us out in our situation. I would buy another car from him in a second. Alex S. read more

Has to be the BEST dealership I've EVER been to. William, the owner, is by far the best businessman I've encountered since I been in CA and I've ran into a lot of "businessmen" that didnt know what they were talking about nor knew what they was doing but I have to say, without a shadow of a doubt that if you want a car with the best deals and a businessman that is reasonable, reliable and that knows what he's talking about, come to Beyer Enterprise!!!! read more

Willie helped my 16-year-old son find/purchase his first truck (2000 Ford F-150). Willie was extremely honest, non-pushy, very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the truck, did not play games and had us out of there in no time. He worked out a very fair payment plan with my son (who has no established credit), and immediately sent a person out to help when one of the suicide doors would not open. The truck looked the same in person as it did online (no enhanced photos) and has been running great! If you are looking for an affordable used car/truck/SUV, I highly recommend Willie. read more

Been on a hunt for a used secondary car. For the last few weeks. Stumbled upon an ad on Craigslist for a 2004 is300 and called the number. Not knowing it was a dealership I thought it was a private seller. Usually dealers want an arm and a leg for a 16 year old car. But this was a very fair price. I asked a few detailed questions. The dealer told me he'll text me his address and check his reviews online. So after work today I stopped by not anticipating to buy it right off the bat. So I inspected the car from head to toe even test drove it on the freeway. To see if any warning signs popped up. It passed my test with flying colors. Am satisfied with what I bought today. Thank you Beyer enterprise and that concludes my review. read more

I bought a civic for a great deal. The owner was willing to negotiate with me. He handled the title and registration and mailed it to my house. Great experience- if I need another car I would only go here! Thank you! read more

Joe, mustache man, skinny dude with attitude, owner?, this man is a scammer. Not just a regular scammer.. a scammer who makes you feel threatened when purchasing from him. I worked two years to save up enough money for a car to get me from home to work & school and now I'm broke and depressed. He promised a $100 discount at the time of signing and didn't come through with it. I purchase my car three days ago... he provided a contract for 3 days for engine or transmission issues. This morning we noticed an oil leak at my cousins house after I parked it for a few hours. I called him letting him know that we were bringing the car in, keep in mind we are in north county San Diego & drove 45 min for him to conveniently not be there. We waited for him because it's the third day, a car is an investment. Obviously we're upset that the interior of the car fell apart after one speed bump & now the oil leak. We confront him about it and he claims there's nothing he can do even with the warranty he provided. Now we ask for him to take it to his mechanic he says we have to leave the car there... NO WAY. The interior parts were glued on and once they fell apart stuffed with the paper napkins. This man is soooo rude, unprofessional, and an ass*ole. Stay away, this place is a trap. read more

I'm pretty alert for BS or integrity issues. I didn't get any of that here. What I got was straightforward communication, honest statements about the car and history, no oversell, and a good amount of cooperation in getting it to a mechanic for thorough inspection. (The nearby Diaz Automotive Service is a very good choice,) . What I was able to do was buy my daughter a mechanically sound, safe car with a very good Carfax service history at a reasonable price. Thank you. read more

I recently bought a Pathfinder from Beyer Enterprise for my daughter before she went to college. I had been a little nervous about using a smaller second hand car lot, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The owner could not have been more accommodating and the customer service was great. Great cars, Great Prices, Great Service. The owner is honest, knowledgable, helpful, and will work with you. And if he doesn't have what you're looking for, he can probably get it. My mom bought a PT Cruiser from him awhile ago, and she loved it. It ended up getting totalled, due to another careless driver. She wanted another exacly like it, so we looked online, and didn't see any there, so she bought one from another dealer. Which was probably a mistake.... We should of drove down and spoke to him directly. Awhile later, I was in need of a vehicle, so we stopped by. I was looking for a low cost vehicle, and was leaning towards a Pt Cruiser as well. There were none there, but he told me, whatever I was looking for, he could keep an eye out, and find it for me. I already was eying a PT a short distance away, and ended up buying it. Another mistake. I won't that mistake again. When my mom, or I, are in need of our next vehicle, Beyer will be where we go. Quality Cars, And Quality Customer Service. I Highly Recommend, that anyone in need of a great used car, at a great price, buy from Beyer. read more

I was looking trough private parties for the last 3 weeks after not having good luck I decided to give a dealership a chance, went to 3 dealerships and Beyer Enterprise was the best option, Willie was very honest, never pushed the sale, the car came with a 3 month warranty and after 2 weeks the car runs great!! Bought truck aug 5 and have yet to receive my registration. Willie the owner had said that the registration should still be good regardless even though it expired 11/5 and called DMV to verify he lied. Now I have a useless undrivable truck in my driveway with expired registration. I had messaged Willie the owner a couple times to resolve issue with no success. I will have to take legal action if no resolve comes from this on top of the current claim with DMV read more

Are you looking for an honest used car dealer who gives you fair prices? Look no further than Beyer Enterprise in San Ysidro. I drove over an hour from North County multiple times as we got everyone on the same page that this was the right car for my daughter. There were a couple of issues with this 13 year old car, which were fixed BEFORE I picked up the car. Some of these things were fixed without me even asking! We are so happy to have found this little gem of a dealer. I will probably be in the market again soon for another used car, and this is the first place I will look. I'm not sure why there are not any Yelp reviews yet. There are lots of great reviews on a site that starts with G. Hopefully people will start leaving reviews here too! read more

This is the best car sales place ever! Very honest. Worked with me on fixed income. Made my down payment and my monthly payment bearable. Had my car checked by a mechanic and everything checked out great! Very honest and reasonable. Big selection . There is something in all price ranges. Even gave me fair money on my trade in....they will do their best to help people...I'm very happy and would definitely return for my next car! read more

I will attempt to not be too long winded- Willie and Beyer enterprises are excellent. Willie is the only person I'll buy a car from, period. I've bought close to a dozen cars in my life, ranging from dealerships to private sellers- Typically it's the same experience. I stumbled across Willie by chance when looking for a 4x4 SUV to replace my lease. An above average experience from the start- No pressure, good product, and friendly guy. Fast forward to me requesting to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle before offering; Note I do this with all used vehicles I've bought and usually can be a sticking point. Not with Willie- He didn't hesitate. Not only did he not have a problem with me taking it, but he let me take the vehicle, overnight and bring it to my mechanics in the morning. Wow. What a breath of fresh air. In an industry laden with mistrust, Willie has reinvented what it means to be selling cars. As you may assume from here, his vehicle was in great shape. We ended up working to an extremely fair price and I bought the vehicle. I'll end this with saying- If you are in the market for a used vehicle, you found your guy. I'm not associated with Willie or Beyer in any way nor did he ask me to write this. I just feel people like Willie, who really stand out in their industry, deserve recognition. Thanks- read more

Do not buy from here! Nothing but scams! Willie, the owner I believe, will lie to your face. He'll sell you a car that will break down 2 weeks later. He'll turn off all the dash lights so that you will think it's a good car! I bought a car from here, 2 weeks later needed a new transmission. I was told I'd get new tags if I bought the car. That was a lie. Not to mention when I tried to take the car to the mechanic, my warranty wasn't even active yet because it was never sent it in! That's how soon the car broke. Nonetheless I have been without a car longer than I even had that car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! Worst car buying experience by far. And I've owns dozens of cars. read more

Buying a used car can be a bit overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. That's what I found at Beyer Enterprise and working with Willie. First let me start by saying that I am not affiliated in any way with Willie or his dealership Beyer Enterprise.  I appreciated the way that my husband and I were treated and feel obligated to let other people know about this used car dealership. After a frustrating couple of weeks looking for a good used car we stumbled across Beyer Enterprise online purely by accident. We decided to pay them a visit since it was close to home and there we met Willie the owner.  Ive been around a while and have bought several used cars, so Willie and his relaxed and unique approach was a breath of fresh air.  The prices are right and Willie genuinely seems to care about finding the right car that fits your needs and budget.  He seems to know the value of great customer service and a comfortable environment.  It was a very pleasant experience all around and we are happy with our purchase.  Please read his other reviews on yelp and a website that starts with G.  Very impressive for a used car dealership and now I know why. read more
