Their installation contractors have no clue what they're doing, and there is a huge disconnect between the store and the installers. I purchased a fridge from Home Depot and paid for installation and removal of my old fridge. The new fridge was delivered to my home, but my old one was still sitting there because the installers had no idea what they were supposed to do! I spent hours dealing with at least SIX phone calls from the contractor, yet they still couldn't figure out how to complete a basic removal and installation. What should have been a simple process turned into a massive headache. Home Depot's poor coordination and lack of communication turned an easy replacement job into a nightmare. Their customer service was useless and provided no real solutions. At this point, I'm returning the fridge because they clearly can't handle their own installation process. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a retailer that actually knows what they're doing. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT IF YOU NEED INSTALLATION!

My installer had to go to a hardware store to buy the part adding another hour to my installation bill. Coast Appliances has lots of rules that favours their company but nothing that helps the customer. I have called countless times, left messages each time, finally wrote an e-mail as their robot message machine suggested. Manager called me, left a message while I was unavailable. That was 2 weeks ago. More calls, more messages. It is not an expensive part but the extra hour added to my bill is. I should not have to pay the installer for that extra hour. Where is your rule that keeps your customers satisfied? Be aware that they have No Follow Up once the machine leaves their store.

I was nervous about the purchase as I still paid a considerable amount of money for a returned GE stove. A week before Christmas (7 months later) on a Friday I had an issue with a burner. By Monday Anail had a tech onsite to conduct a minor repair (dislodged component in the knob). The same day after the repair (Murphy's law), I had another unrelated issue with the stove not receiving gas after a self clean. I called Anail and he again had a tech onsite the next day diagnosing a fault in the pressure reducing valve. The tech taught me how to repair the problem if it happened again as it is not uncommon for a diagram to stick. A few hours later Anail called me to confirm that I was happy with the repair and informed me that he proactively ordered a new pressure reducing valve for replacement to ensure no future problems occur. I am absolutely happy with Appliance Outlet standing behind their service, product and brand.

I went to buy their recommended parts from their store and i later found out that they had a 50% mark-up on the same parts from competitor. First time within 6 moths of use. Second time roughly 6-7 months after that. Broken hinge is not a Midland problem but "customer service" essentially told us at first that we had to prove that we bought it there (they have all of our contact info), then it was insinuated that we clearly had a panel that was installed that was too heavy (techs said that it was not), then that it was up to us to call someone ! Finally, Bosch sent 2 technicians - the first one left the water connection unhooked and we had leaking that went on for days even though the dishwasher was not running- now have water damage to our new cabinets. There have been 4 technician visits so far and the broken door (second time around) still not fixed. Midland complaint is how our service request was handled, Bosch technical hinge issue is not MIdland's direct problem but I would not ever purchase a Bosh product again. And Midland needs to make it clear that for a custom built in dishwasher that a certain weight limit needs to be followed (we were). I'm 59 years old and have had many dishwashers in my life, including ones with panel doors. This has been a catastrophe. From a routine service call asking for a broken door hinge to be fixed we now have water damage caused by a water intake valve that was loosened and still no dishwasher after 6 weeks.

Since then, I've been left chasing Midland down just to get basic information on when and how this will be handled. After finally speaking with Steve - a senior manager--who assured me I'd receive updates--I've heard absolutely nothing. No emails, no calls, no follow-through. Just silence. It's not the delay that's the problem--it's the lack of communication and total absence of accountability. I made it clear I can be patient if I'm kept informed, but that has clearly been ignored. My family of four has been hand-washing dishes three times a day for weeks while Midland fumbles a straightforward replacement. The customer experience has been frustrating, stressful, and entirely avoidable. Bosch did their part. Midland has completely dropped the ball. If this is how they handle service, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I asked her why not also that they had made saying it was on sale. She hung up on me. Wow. We went to Best Buy at Park Royal. We found the exact model of Electrolux. Not only did they give us an additional discount there but their deliver fee was $80 instead of $150 and their removal fee was $5 less. He also gave us 50% off the 5 year warranty option.
