Consistent and reliable!! Friendly service and great prices!! I bought my hybrid bike from Al and he gave me a great deal. Two years later I am back and got a tune up. He was able to replace my shifters and tires and it's like I have a brand new bike!! Thank you and you have customers for life with us!! read more

Al and his team are the best!! I am guilty of bike neglect. It was shunned to the garage after I moved for almost 10 years! After gaining the covid 19 pounds, bike rides seemed to be a good idea. But my poor bike was defunct. Al took a lot (a LOT) of time resurrecting my bike, and now it's good as new! He was also probably a forensic expert in a past life, because he figured out all the things that I did to abuse my bike that I forgot about. And fixed them. What a sweet guy, and what a hard worker! I'm so glad he's in our community. Now I'm ready to ride, with the wind in my mask! read more

Al and his team were very helpful and welcoming. They helped me choose the proper bike for my height and helped with a bike rack installation. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a bicycle or in need of cycling information. Thanks again guys! read more

First, thank you for meeting me at the shop and taking my wheel at such an odd time. It was pretty late. Just picked up my wheel over the weekend from this shop which was hopping up and down when spinning. The hop is still there but not as bad as it used to be. I have just purchased the bike used and now I will finally get to ride it. This guy was so accommodating to me and even helped point out that I will be needing a new set of tires due to the signs of aging sidewall. I will be going back in the future for whatever services I will need. His price I thought was really good compared to what I could have spent had I taken it to A LBS. Thanks again for helping me out. God bless you brother. read more

Al is genuinely one of the nicest people I've met who happens to also be very good with bikes. He is very well connected with suppliers and does a lot of work with different kinds of bikes. I purchased a 24' BMX bike as I'd been looking for a freestyle fixed for a long time and he did an excellent job of fixing the rim and changing the brakes. Overall, I'm very happy not only about the bike, but the fact that I can trust him to find the right people and parts to fix and build any bike. read more

Great service. Honest, no none sense!!! The best! Prices are fair, work was top notch!!

Just went here to fix up an old bike. These guys put so much work into this bike. I had to take my hat off to them. So much respect for that type of labor, and on top of that the price was more than reasonable. I'll be back for sure, and I highly recommend. read more

I went to the shop after asking about a bike on OfferUp. Which by the way, Al was quick at responding. He gave me a time to go in so I can look at the bike. When I arrived I was greeted and helped right away, the bike was very nice and new but it turned out to be too small for me. He was honest about what inventory he had which was very limited due to high demand. He ended up pulling out a used mountain bike. He was honest with me about what it had and what it might need. He adjusted the seat for me so I could take it for a test ride. I did not feel pressured into buying it, like in other stores. I ended up liking the bike and buying it off him. He also gave me 30 days to go back if the bike had any issues and he would repair them. Thank you Al and his team.Definitely recommend! read more

Excellent shop - guys know what they're doing and are honest and professional. Prices are fair, with no gimmicks or last-minute add-ons. I had two bikes that had been sitting for a while and needed some TLC with a quick turnaround. They did repairs, a tune-up, and cleaning in a few hours and had them ready to go. Al did a great job fixing my Kona bike! It had some components that didn't quite work together, and it wasn't riding smoothly. All of that is fixed now and Al was very transparent about the process. I will keep coming back because of the friendly service and strong mechanical knowledge. read more

I found Al's Re-Cycles through Yelp and I can't express how happy I am that I did strongly enough. Through his actions, you can tell that Al values the satisfaction of his customers with their bikes above all else. He has a rare combination of a thorough mechanical understanding, the work ethic to go above and beyond to make sure everything turns out as best as possible, a love for his craft, and the ability to listen to and connect with his customers. I'm beyond happy with the bike he put together for me and I would recommend reaching out to him before you do anything else. read more

After a bad experience at a Woodland Hills bike shop, I discovered Al's Re-Cycle and was so glad I did! Al was friendly, considerate, helpful and had my bike fixed up and on the road the same day. He took the time to explain what I needed done, found the necessary parts and delivered service at a reasonable cost. Bike riding is pleasurable and so it should be to visit your local bike shop. I will be taking my bike to Al from now on! read more

Al was very professional and honest when he tuned up my bike. I thought it was only going to be a 20 min visit but we were there for almost 2 hrs because he came across other issues with the bike. He treated it as if it was his own. His prices are very reasonable and I will be returning to purchase a used bike for my 8 yr old daughter! read more

Al's a friendly guy who is easygoing yet very professional, clearly knows his stuff. I brought him a seemingly easy job that turned out to be a very particular and hard to find part to replace, but Al put a lot of time into finding the part and putting my bike back good as new. Kept me well updated on the process and the repair was much less than I was afraid it'd come to. Solid repair experience. read more

Awesome shop and amazing costumer service!! I just purchased a second hand cruiser bike, which was supposed to be in brand new condition, but had low quality tires. After trying to fix my tires with fix-a-flat my tires completely burst. I found Als Re-Cycles and explained the situation, they offered to come to me in order to fix the bike with same day service. Al is a great guy. Got a bike today that needed a few things and he took care of me the same day! Great service, great parts!

If I can give AL 10 stars I would. I was looking for bikes for my whole family, total of 4 bikes. He was VERY helpful, very patient with what I'm looking for and very nice to make sure that the bikes are safe for us. Check tires, brakes and even changed the seats for us. He wants us to enjoy the bikes as a family and I really appreciate that. He delivered the bikes to my house and even came back twice because I forgot the helmet I bought for my son. Customer service at its finest. Thank you AL. read more

Al is amazing. Hooked me up with a tricked bike, fixed my flats (drove to my location!) and then bought the bike back when I was heading home a week later.
