Due to my own idiocy, I had to call them on two separate occasions to ask them about a problem I was having with my car - and they gave me sound advice on how to fix the problem myself. The mechanic didn't try to convince me to come in, he correctly recognized the problem and helped me fix it over the phone. Most recently my alternator began acting up. I called them on a weekday in the afternoon to see if they could take a look at it. Robbi (sp), advised I come in sooner rather than later, and they would try and squeeze me in and do what they could. I dropped my car off at 3 that same day and they had it done the next day at 12, amidst all their other projects (they were clearly busy). Robbi is great about calling and updating with what is going on, and their prices are amazingly fair. Can't recommend enough!
