I definitely recommend the king Ludwig schnitzel. The pork chops were perfectly cooked, the mushroom gravy was excellent, and the home made egg spatzle was the best I've ever had! If I were to go back, I would stay in the hotel and eat here for days. One warning though, not all of the menu items are in the English speaking portion of the menu, if you can't read German, I suggest using google translate and looking at that part of the menu because the best items are in that part.

It's located in the town of Schwangau and you can see the Neuschwanstein Castle from the balconies on many of the rooms. It's quite a picturesque view and a lovely area. The hotel has about 54 rooms and two restaurants a bar and wellness center. The staff are very nice here and the rooms are also nice. Breakfast is included and it was a nice assortment of choices that were well prepared. The bar is also very nice with a great list of cocktails and the bar tender here makes his own schnapps which are to die for :-) amazing hazelnut schnapps homemade. Our rooms were nice and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect including a nice bag for the use of the wellness center including towels and so on. If you forget your bathing suit they do have some you can borrow. All in all a lovely experience and I would come back here again.

We walked in and seated ourselves and were quickly welcomed by our server. The radler and lager were both really good. I got the Allgäuer Kässpätzle, which was incredible. It was super cheesy and flavorful. My bf got the Zwiebelrostbraten, which was also really good with the steak perfectly cooked. Then we got two desserts to spilt and I couldn't tell you which one was better. The Apfelstrudel was warm and not too sweet and the "Bier"amisu was unique and absolutely delicious. Schloss Brauhaus provided a warm and comfortable place to get out of the rainy cool day we had and some great beer and food!
