Drove to Half Moon Bay today from Milpitas and we decided to stop and get two coffees and a bagel from this drive-thru coffee place. ALpresso Coffee did not disappoint us. I ordered an Americano coffee and an everything bagel toasted and with cream cheese, and my husband ordered a black coffee. Both coffees were excellent tasting and just the right temperture and my bagel was toasted just right with plenty of cream cheese on it. We will be sure to visit this place again! read more

We were hoping to get a little energy boost, but the drink was lacking in the actual coffee taste. It mostly felt like a hazelnut milk with one drop of coffee lol. The two times I've been here the staff are so happy and fun to talk to! So far I've had a white mocha: which tastes amazing. It's not too sugary and has the perfect amount of coffee taste! (bucks is overpowered with the white chocolate, this is the perfect balance!) I then also had a caramel frappe and it was super refreshing not too sugary! Growing up on the coast side with AJs coffee to now this divine creation has really provided a sense of dignity to my daily life. Back before the divorce, my ex-husband Richard and I would bring the kids here to get everything their hearts desired, and they loved getting little stuffed animals with their kids drink. While I was pregnant with my fifth, I always craved the strangest drinks and the baristas knew how to catered to my every need. Now today, picture this: in my Sunday best last weekend, I had a long day at my church. My eldest was misbehaving and did not want to attend because he doesn't approve of his new step father， James, being the pastor. I felt a wave of just seasonal depression hitting me. I dropped off my eldest four children and wished I could've left the toddler at home but James was doing the afternoon service. So, I decided I needed a pickup. I ran down to my favorite coffee drive thru in my suburban and I saw the most smiley jubilant face. I felt this sudden urge to order my same pregnancy craving I had when I was pregnant with my youngest. I told the young lady: "hey, this is gonna sound weird, but could I get a cookies and cream Frappuccino with three pumps of green apple syrup?" The young strawberry blonde girl said " of course, nothing is weird at Al Presso! Anything for your daughter?". Her smile put me in such a great attitude and relieved my stresses of my son Logan's issues. When I got my daughter the strawberry Frappuccino of her dreams, she even asked if she wanted a toy! I told this girl god bless your heart. You are the difference we need in this world. I asked her what is her name and she told me Aubrey. I just want to say thank you to Aubrey, I feel as though people should try to live their lives like Aubrey. Smiley and and joyful, ready for anything.
