It was one of the worst experiences I've had. The crew including Nathan himself were extremely disrespectful, tried to up charge me because I'm a woman, treated me like I was dumb and didn't know anything about the situation even when I do. I brought up my concerns regarding the mold and Nathan continued to dismiss me and say "you don't know what you're talking about. We're the professionals, I'd take our advice and listen." Unfortunately, even after the work Nathan and his crew did, there was still existing mold. So my husband and I decided to go with another company and now we're mold free!! This company said that the previous company I was with didn't do a good job and said they were glad we called because if we would've waited any longer, we would've had to move! We're so glad we went with our gut instinct! The reason I'm writing this review is because one of my old neighbors had the same experience as me recently regarding mold as well and they were treated the same as me. Their project manager Anthony stopped by a couple days after the water damage happened and got everything into motion immediately. Not even exaggerating, 15-20 minutes after he left I had someone checking my house for asbestos before the demo, and the next morning the demo crew was there. Just a vague invoice and a threat to increase the amount if we didn't pay immediately. We hired them expecting restoration -- their website says they handle both mitigation and reconstruction. After demolition, they suddenly claimed they don't do reconstruction at all. When we questioned the charges and asked for moisture logs or any kind of justification, they refused and raised the bill. We took them to small claims court. We lost. But that doesn't make what they did right. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 for a torn-up bathroom and had to hire someone else to fix it. Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else. Everything in this review reflects our honest opinion and direct experience.

What ended up happening? He never showed up and no one called to tell us where he was. We called the office and apparently he was behind, which would have been great information for my wife. He finally did come and fixed the issue but he pointed out some other issues we needed done. We scheduled him a second time, and made sure to stress that we needed him to come first thing in the morning so my wife could switch around her schedule to be there. Once again he didn't show up, at least this time he communicated to my wife that he would be late that day, at a time neither of us would be there so we gave him the code to our door to let himself in. He never came!!!! Again!!! Both me and my wife have been texting him asking if he came and what was done and what still needs to be done and he never answered. So unprofessional, ridiculous, wish I could give them 0 stars.

We signed on a contract on July 2nd. I was told we'd be called for setting a measurement appointment within two days. We were not called. I contacted them. I had communicated an eagerness to get the windows in due to my daughter's current window causing her to be uncomfortably hot. As such they assured me we have them most likely closer to 4 weeks. I checked in multiple times to see if the windows were ready or if the manufacturer had given a ETA. All but one of the 9 windows (plus a sliding door) were finally installed August 20th while the most important window--for my daughter's room--was not even ordered from the manufacturer! They said they would rush order the window and it'd be ready in 1 week. It's now been 11 days and still the window is not ready and they haven't said when it will be ready. In addition, I was assured they have the best installers. Unfortunately those installers didn't lay down any protective measures or clean up after themselves so our carpet, beds and furniture we're covered in dust and small metal shavings. Also they left a big gash next to a window which they said they'd fix but not until we pointed it out (see photo). Still not fixed as of 9/7/2018. Not satisfied with their service. Will update if anything changes. Cascade Windows seem good though.

Took ~3 days to complete the job, 5 days total with the clean-up. They were kind enough to patch the roof until they were able to come out and do the job early on. I would recommend working with them despite issues with communication and scheduling. Honest work at a fair price.
