They skipped half a dozen windows and several of the others were so streaked that they were worse than before the cleaning. After complaining that the job was poor, the owner agreed to send someone else out. After a week a new person came back out. Right as he was starting the job he accidentally slid his ladder across the front of my house leaving a long gouge (+10') in the siding. I told them to leave and never come back. I have asked for a refund.
