Purple stained liner

I had one of the worst customer experiences with Alpine pools. I expected them to be pool experts since it's what they do. When they open my pool, I would expect them to test the water and treat accordingly. They just dumped the chemicals in and now my liner has purple stains all over it. When I called them about it, they first said that's how it was when they open it. I was out there when they first open it, lie #1. I asked what causes it, "I don't know, I am more the nuts and bolts type." I said I will Google it and find out. Five second search, its caused by the pool heater copper and pool shock chemical reaction, any pool guy would know it, lie number 2. Asked how do you remediate it...add some Metal Magic. I did that, it didn't have any noticeable impact to it. They told me it was my water, my problem and the service manger hung up on me. I will never use the Allison Park location ever again. Thanks for your service

We asked for help locating a counter height patio table to seat 6, firepit & chairs to go around firepit. Adam, pointed to one he had on the showroom (only sat 2 people and was Bar height). I asked if he could look in their manufacturer catalogues. He informed me that I could go on-line. At this point, I realized that he was not Customer Service oriented to say the least. I insisted that he get his catalogues as I had seen one on-line and wanted more information on it. I assumed he was getting the catalogues. Nope, he and 2 other men were standing and talking. We waited a few minutes and still no movement from Adam indicating he was getting the catalogues. At this point, I said, "Excuse me. Are you going to get the catalogues?" He came over and rudely said he was with a manufacturer's rep and could I really not wait 3 minutes?" His tone and words were unacceptable and I asked for the Manager & was informed he was the Manager. I asked for his card. He said he didn't want to work with me and would get someone else and walked off. No one came over again. We again had to search out an employee. Keep in mind we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE on this Tuesday afternoon (6/6/17). We left and went to the Cranberry Pool City location & Dave was wonderful and helped us find what my GF was looking for! He showed us catalogues & sample finishes. He even got on the computer to research counter stools to match the counter-height table. Bottom-line: avoid the McKnight Rd location & go to Cranberry location instead!
