Made up a story saying he sold the vehicle "30 minutes" before I walked in, but it was just confirmed it was available 20 minutes ago when I was on my way!This is scam season people and this scam likely company is apart of the problem!

They diagnosed everything gave a quote and the mechanic basically said that HE WANTED TO WORK BACKWARDS ON THE LIST OF PROBLEMS. Not addressing the most severe issues FIRST. Then told me they would need to keep it a full day! This is to ensure that I PAY THEM TO DO ALL OF THE WORK! I can't afford to do it all at once or be without my car a full day! Address the more severe issues first then I can come back and get the minor stuff done! It's their way or the highway and as I customer, I despise that! Listen to the customer! They are some bullies! I scheduled it for replacement His wife Tracey (nice lady) sent over my inspection report with pictures. The report showed the leaking condenser unit and also he noticed a leaking CV Axle. His inspection was very thorough and he checked EVERYTHING. He also replace a bulb in the upper tail light assy and did an oil change. I mentioned to Tracey that my dog had to be put down. They kept my car for almost 3 months. Had to badger them for updates. Finally when they told me the car was fixed at a hefty price I was happy to have my car back. Thirty days later my car started to violently shake and the check engine came back on. I took it back to Awesome Automotive in May. It's the middle of September and I still don't have any idea of what's going on. They do not call to update me and when I call I get a voice mail. When I visit the shop they tell me they are close to solving the problem?!?! This is ridiculous and yes I have a warranty.
