They are about great customer service from start to…read morefinish , but even more so they are about the customer, my experience was not about them selling me my truck, it was about them understating my needs , understanding working with someone to help get it done and about ESTABLISHING a customer relationship . I had an experience that I needed help with during this process and the owner Bill is about his customers. Try getting a owner from a big dealership to listen and talk to you on an issue and good luck!!!! He is about his customers and that is rare to find these days!!! Now going back to my 1st comment about great customer service from Dominick the sales rep to the finance guy!!!! It's obvious that that is all about ownership expectations and Bill the owner of B and M sets those expectations , this is a great place to deal with and I will be back when I need another vehicle . They are not pushy salesman, they don't have to be , the vehicles they have are quality vehicles and some of the nicest I've seen. It is rare to find this type of commitment for the customer now a days in any business. But I experienced it , they get it , it's about the customer experience ,about keeping the customer happy , about working with the customer ABOUT the customer and building that trust they nail it . GILBERT HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!!

I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.
