Our 2014 Toyota Rav4 will also be taken to A1 if the need arises. You can talk to the owner and he doesn't roll his eyes at you. He listens to what you have to say then gives you his thoughts without being condescending. The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator.
