Come Monday, i go to the dealership with my family and everything goes very smooth, Leo would even manage to increase my trade-in value from their initial estimate so that i pay less than the initial offer. Overall this dealership and Leo the salesperson is a professional and honest people, their inventory options are also boasting from great to excellent condition cars. But let's talk about the disaster that followed. First issue? The rear passenger taillight was out. No big deal, right? They told me to bring it back to fix the bulb--so I did, the very next day. And guess what? Nothing was fixed. Two days later, still nothing. Then they told me to pick up the truck while they waited on a wiring harness to come in. Fine. I picked it up, drove it to work, and returned to find out--surprise!--the locks didn't work. The door lock was shoved inside the door. Now I can't even get into my own damn truck. Had to Uber home. Next morning, I call Baha, and they come to pick up the truck. They keep it for three days. I get it back, and--what do you know? Same exact problem. Now, I can't lock the doors, can't use the alarm, and my seat STILL doesn't move. Took it back again on Tuesday, and STILL nothing is done. I call the repair shop while taking another Uber to pick up the truck. The guy puts me on hold to "check the status." I stayed on hold for the entire 45-minute Uber ride. Walked in? Still on hold. By then, I was livid. And the young guy at the counter? Disrespectful as hell. He wanted to argue with me about other customers instead of handling the mess they created. Luckily for him, his boss was standing there, overheard everything, and immediately apologized. But that didn't stop the guy from running his mouth, accusing me of disrespecting him in front of his boss. He has NO business dealing with customers. Zero professionalism. No empathy. Just pure attitude. Was the truck fixed? HELL NO. Still can't lock it. Still can't adjust the seat. Taillight? Still out. I DO NOT trust them to finish the job. Done with Baha Auto. Never again.

Called another tow company & when they got to my house where car was parked they said there was no car there. He said he sees a car that matches the description of my car but it was a block down on the shoulder of busy college drive he verified plate # & said there was no key in the fuel cap cover. And that the car has broken headlights & grill there was no damage to my car hours earlier I have pictures of my car from a few hrs before. So when tow truck dropped off my car I was able to see how much damage Angel tow driver did to my car I contacted owner and was nice about it because Jeff sr who owned angel towing was a good friend of mine for years & he had suddenly passed away and knew what a tough time his family was going through so I let them know what there driver did to my car & just dumped it on the street well of course they didn't believe me even though I had evidence he did I seen on my neighbors camera him pull back hit the front end with the tow truck he pulled up then hooked my car pulled it out on the street dropped it & left. So I told them I came to them instead of going to police because I knew what there families been going through they got angel the driver just a fluke his name is same as company all I asked was them to replace the parts headlights grille bumper cover they said thank u there insurance was going drop them if they had 1 more claim it's now been 10 months & still nothing has been done tried reaching out lots of times but no answers. Luckily I have 2 years to file a lawsuit & have all there texts as proof they took responsibility & other evidence they did it otherwise it would of been a hit & run with no proof.
