I am so grateful to Brooklyn who helped me purchase an oxygen concentrator for my dad. She was helpful, and very knowledgeable.

I was sent supplies without the company letting me know the cost, I received the supplies and returned them back to the Logan store. I was informed that they would handle the credit, 2 months later I'm still receiving bills with late charges, every time I call customer support, they act like its their first day on the job and end up telling me I need to speak to a manager, which he is never in the office. I'm at a loss with how I have been treated and hope this review finally helps me gets this issue resolved!!! read more

Based on my experience with these guys they are very inefficient. Everything about them including resupplies for my CPAP, billing and customer service. I am transferring everything over to one of their competitors. Beware and Good Luck dealing with these people. read more

Had the same experience as many others of it taking several months and many calls and on site visits to get my cpap machine. They kept loosing the order. On one of the phone calls they asked if I would be renting or buying, and I told them my insurance was buying the machine outright. After having the machine a year, they started sending me rental bills. I looked at my past paperwork and found that rental costs were included in the bills for mask and equipment replacement. I called and left msg, but got no call back. Lamenting to a friend about it and she said she had the same experience but with a wheelchair. She fought Alpine for months over it and they ended up getting paid from her insurance twice what the chair was worth. One time is a mistake, two times is a pattern. I suspect they are actually running an insurance scam. I have discouraged others from using this company and will let my insurance company know what I believe is going on. read more

I came in for a breastpump and I left happy! For my insurance this was one of the locations I could go to get a breastpump. I was being picky and wanted a specific pump that they didn't carry at this location BUT they ordered it and it was there the next day! The two guys working the desk were really helpful in answering my questions and very polite in every encounter. I cannot rate this business low enough. Communication and customer service is absolutely horrible. It has taken at least 5 months to get the cpap that my provider sent the order in for in the Logan, Utah store. I waited and and waited and tried to call regarding the status of my order.. the phone just rings. I saw a very good example as to why.. the employees just passed it back and forth several times like a tennis match. I stopped in to the Logan store before Thanksgiving inquiring on the status of my cpap order. I was told that they were waiting on my sleep study results from my provider. He looked in my file again and they come over originally with the order. It took them 4 months to get what they already had. I was told that my order would be sent to another person to process the order, and that I should hear back from her within the next week. Now here we are December 27,2021, Still no reply. I stopped in again, and now I was told that my insurance was out of network? It took them 5 months to figure that out?? The gentleman asked me if I had been contacted about this and i replied that I wouldn't be standing here if I had been notified about my insurance being out of network! Thanks to Alpine I now have 3 days to figure something out before my deductible resets. I will never speak another good word about this company, its customer service skills, or their communication skills. This is peoples lives they are being so negligent with. It was expressed to me by my provider that my cpap was urgent and I needed it as soon as I got it because of my sleep apnea. 5 MONTHS! I give this company and F-. My life is not a joke. Go somewhere else that wont drop the ball, ignore phone calls, not return emails or phone calls. read more

When this was Cache Valley Oxygen it was well stocked and well supplied with knowledgeable personnel. They actually carried medical supplies there at that time. Now they are catering specifically to Home Care and really the only thing of substance are wheelchairs and electric recliners for old people. Anything else has to be ordered and you can get it faster on Amazon than they can get it into their store. Additionally, there's very little that they will bother to order for you. Both my previous experiences there have been negative and I have found that the staff there are unpleasant and extremely lacking in any motivation to try and actually assist. do yourself a favor and see what you can get online first before you even bother with their store. read more
