For my first order I called ahead and was assured they had all of my meds in stock (3 items). When I arrived I was told they were not in stock on 2 items, but that I could come back the next day to get them. On the second day I was told that I was ahead of their shipment and that they would have to call me later. On the third visit, I was called in, they told me there was a mix up and they gave one of my meds away. I got the second med. 8 days after my first visit they finally had the final med. For my second order when I called them in I was assured they had everything, and they would be ready in 30 minutes. I went in an hour and a half later with a very tight window, and they weren't even started filling them. I left. I didn't have time to wait for them to round off a second hour. Based on my 5 visits their inventory control is abysmal and the people at the desk absolutely don't care that you go over a week without your meds.

After using the product and realizing it was a piece of garbage, I looked it up online and they charged me five times more than what it is worth. It is a $20-$30 item online and I paid over $130 for it. And of course there's no returns. I mean their point of sales system is so out of date. It literally makes 90s modem sounds. And beyond my situation the place is so ghetto. It feels like you're shopping in a trailer. There's no sound in there. It just feels like a really scary, lonely yard sale. I bet this was formerly a grocery store, meaning the interior is not giant, but they have a good mix of things. Upon first walking in, if you head to the very left of the store, you will find the cheapest stuff, some of it overstock, or more likely, expired or nearly so grocery items. A few examples: $0.25 gum or candy bars, $0.50 chips and other snacks, $1.00 cookies, nut butters, etc. Most of that is full of preservatives so you are probably safe if planning to consume right away. I nabbed a ton of gum, because what can even go bad in that, but follow your best judgment! Heading to the right from here, you will come across the standard grocery items, and many were the same price as a regular store, though still worth a look, as you never know what you'll come across. Bulk bags of flours, powdered milk and rice lie on pallets up front. Home goods live in the center, and there were some real surprises here: Instant Pots, Le Creuset stoneware sets, Keurig coffee makers, etc. Some of it is damaged or missing parts, so, like everything else in the store, do your due diligence and check it out, but there is a possibility for some real finds! Following that was some office/school supplies, baby items, toys, and finally clothing. The latter seemed to be poorer quality/no-brand as compared to the rest of the store, but it is still incredibly cheap if that is what you are looking for. Quality was good, typical Honeyville good stuff. I've ordered from these folks since early 2000's...they WERE my go to provider. Anyhow, sampled one meal (the Hearty Chicken Primavera with Zucchini. Good stuff...two thumbs up. I did add some spice and a little extra chicken I already had cooked after I sampled the "bare" meal but hey, I could have lived off the basic stuff. Tonight, I called my daughter who is in another state which just shut down. "How is your food supply." She's a Vet and does almost nothing outside work. Got the "Uhhhhh. I hope to get some emergency supplies tonight." Went on Honeyville's website. Meals are now $12.99 each and no quantity discount. How are these guys different than the Purell guy in Tennesses who jumped on the crisis early on and jacked up hand sanitizer early on? Profiteering is profiteering, no matter how they do it. VERY disappointed in Honeyville. Very much an EX-customer. To heck with these guys if they are going to profiteer off a crisis. My guess is they will try to answer "gee, limited time offer."
