I just received a bill from them from services from Jan 1-31. So, i called to ask what was going on because my dad was no longer living, the receptionist told me oh I am sorry we switched billing companies and they have messed up the bill this was for services from nov-dec. Ok perfect but why am I just getting the bill in February? She brought on i guess the billing manager and what a nice guy NOT. I was asking why its taken almost three months to send a bill out to us. They never send one to the nursing home nor to my home until now. The guy goes on to blame the postal service. I explained to them that if you send out the bills the first of the month why did we not get one in December for his nov month? Again blames me and the post office. Not one has either of the two that i talked to ever said I am so sorry for you loss, here I am calling to find out about a bill for my dead father, Then I asked well I his account has been closed he has no money left if this bill would of been sent out sooner we could of paid it but with the cost of him being in the nursing home and then the funeral his account was wiped out. I told him that I don't think I should have to pay because your billing department messed up. Again I would of paid it back in December!! but My dads been dead for almost 3 months now. Then the Billing manager ( I wish i could remember his name) then tell me that he cant believe that I put him through all that just to say you not going to make us eat the cost. Excuse me what?? Here I am trying to figure out the bill. At that moment I decided that yes you are going to foot the bill, If they would of been a bit sympathetic and said I am so sorry to hear of your dads passing lets us take all the late charges off cause there were a lot on there, I would of said oh thank you let me pay the rest out of my money I would of paid the bill!! But there was no understanding from this man that its sucks to be grieving and then months after have to deal with a surprise bill that pops up. My dad had been going to them for years and years its sad that when their patients die they treat the family this way. Again this was not about us not paying the bill I just wanted to know the explanation of it and when they tell you that their billing dept messes up and catches the mistake and then sends out a bill and then they are rude as hell to the family when they call in to figure it out?? I would never ever treat someone that was calling in about a deceased person account!! So rude and unprofessional.

This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me! So a much more helpful associate took charge and helped me do the complex phone gymnastics that the other associate didnt want to do. In fact Morgan was very patient and helpful and managed to get my precription filled (it really was a matter of life and death) so i do comment Morgan and most of the staff members of the pharmacy, except the first one, who is clearly the weakest link and probably costs the pharmacy a lot of customers.

I had to call and wait for them to view the cameras to be sure I was being honest, which I totally understand making sure I was not just saying I only got empty bottle. Second incident, I ordered and paid for my medication on a Thursday 9/5, I called to see what was going on 9/10, the person I spoke with was not helpful at all. After telling me I have not had anything filled and my last order was in July, I corrected her. I explained it was ordered and paid 9/5 and it was supposed to be delivered already. After being placed on hold she tells me " they found the order and my information was not put in correctly for some reason my birthdate was entered wrong, but my accounts would be linked and the order should be delivered today 9/10." Not very professional, not sure why I am being charged for overnight shipping when it will be almost a week later for my medication to arrive. It makes me question the integrity of this business, and worry about more or even bigger mistakes. A pharmacy should be a place you can trust. I only found out that it was shipped 9/10 after calling and asking for the shipping information. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called this store and the woman who picked up said they were closed and asked what I needed. I told her and she raced back to open the store just for my son and I to get a nebulizer. She even let us pick out which cute machine we wanted and my son loves his new fishy nebulizer.

My friend saved a lot of money on a mattress and box spring set the same day I picked up a fabulous holiday sweater for my dog. The food section has imports that are sometimes delicious and sometimes just odd, or name brand products that maybe just didn't sell in mainstream supermarkets. The pet section occasionally has good deals, and I always love to check out the 'as seen on TV' area along the back wall. Stop by and shop at Big Lots, if only for the novelty factor.
