Spence's always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need. The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me. Chronic illness is difficult to manage on its own, so any part of the process that can be simplified means a lot. They know their stuff, and they also care. Shoutout to you guys, you rock!

So a much more helpful associate took charge and helped me do the complex phone gymnastics that the other associate didnt want to do. In fact Morgan was very patient and helpful and managed to get my precription filled (it really was a matter of life and death) so i do comment Morgan and most of the staff members of the pharmacy, except the first one, who is clearly the weakest link and probably costs the pharmacy a lot of customers.

I notice one dog wash out of the two are being used so I go up there and say ma'am there's one dog wash that is not being used and I don't see the other dogs in the store.
