I recently had someone order a large pick up order on my account. I did not see it u til it had all ready been picked up. I contacted Sam's Club and they said they can not do anything about it. They did not check id of the person picking it up. They make you store a card on file by have no way of protecting your account. This location is no where near my home address. Employee and company should be more assertive and ask for id to protect their customers. I am canceling my membership. It is not worth the risk for people to access my account with credit card my a membership number. Hope this does not happen to anyone else read more

I was in line waiting when an employee came over to me and offered self checkout. I politely declined although she continued to insist. Not everyone wants to use self checkout and people may have their own reasons as to why. I will not be returning once my membership expires. read more

Well I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday on the fancy app and it told me to pick it up at curbside pick up. When I got to the store they told me I couldn't pick up my cake at curbside pick up! GRRR. I didn't have my card because I didn't think I needed to go in. It also took 30 minutes! Ugh so disappointing read more

Horrible Customer Service! Used Pickup Service due to disability, returned home to find items paid for but not included in picked up order. Tried to call Customer Service but phone rang for six minutes before being disconnected. Called back later trying to reach store manager and finally got to speak to someone claiming to be on the management team who said we had to return to town again to retrieve rest of order. I expressed disappointment in their overall attitude toward service. They could not deliver item and offered only to speak to their people about doing better. Didn't help our situation at all. This is not the type of service I expected to see here in Cache Valley. My future trips to town will include stops at Costco. read more

The Good: They have a new and improved food court! The Bad: The service. The Good--My friends and I went for a quick bite to eat before stu(dying) tonight and were impressed by the many new items. Not only is there much to choose from, but it is VERY inexpensive--makes up for the amount of cash you drop for a bag of chips in bulk. I always purchase the all-beef polish dog and accompany it with some ketchup and onions. One downside: the ketchup came in packets. And they weren't even out by the condiments, I went over to the counter to get some and brought the packets over to the condiment table myself. My sister bought a "slice of pizza" (keep in mind they actually give you TWO slices. I don't know why, but never question--just roll with it) and we shared. I also got a berry sundae with chocolate ice cream, and that was purely delicious. The Bad--the service was so slow and our cashier was not customer service oriented. We were the first ones in line and it took a while for the cashier to get our orders and take our money. When someone came to help her, she told them she didn't need their help; she obviously did though. And I'm glad help came because I was getting tired and hangry, waiting for 15 minutes. The tables were a mess. Other people's pizza grease and yogurt drippings had settled on the white tables and it would've taken a chisel to scrape that stuff off. We took a walk around the store, and saw nothing that fancied us. But, again, it's a great place to go when you're wanting to buy a billion and a half lightbulbs or granola bars. TIPS & TRICKS: * If you're just going there to eat, you don't need a Sam's Club card. Holla! * If the parking lot is full, instead of parking in the nosebleed section, park in the Deseret Book parking lot. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the front doors. read more

We used to be Costco shoppers but after trying Sam's we have found that they offer many perks not available at Costco. Curbside pickup is the biggest one. Shop from your couch and pick it up later. If you're in the club, use their app to scan your items as you go and skip the checkout line. Also, pay for your items any way you want (no payment restrictions like Costco.) Sam's is a great place to get great deals on everything we need. Good gas prices too. Everyone is very friendly here. We especially love going there on Sundays in this valley because 60% of the population is in church. read more

I can't believe the low reviews. Seriously, you give 1 star because they don't have vanilla ice cream? I don't know how long this Sam's has been here, but I'm so excited it's here. We spend the summers here in Logan and have been doing so since 2015. This location is going downhill so fast. This past week I went for fruit, cooler bins were EMPTY. No excuse. When Costco opens this November either Sams will have to do a drastic shape up or they might as well close up. Costco from day one will make Sams look sick. Fewer employees, empty shelves, empty boxes in aisles. Just pitiful. Broken shopping carts. Wake up SAMS! read more

Sam's Club is a super great place to shop. It's a large quantity store, so it's not the greatest for a couple of family of 2, but if you have 3-5 family members and or want to add to your food storage it's a great location to shop! They have more than just food items and you find a lot of fun little things to take home too! I love coming here for gas mainly because it's the cheapest when you're a member. read more

I purchased a 12' Christmas tree back in September. I failed to realize that it came in two boxes, so I only purchased one. Today I tried to set up the tree and realized my mistake. I went straight to Sam's Club to their customer service desk. I had my receipt and everything, but all it showed was that I had purchased a 12' tree. It didn't say I had box 2 of 2 and not 1 of 2. Jayden the sales associate that was working took care of me. She took my word and didn't give me any grief. She made sure I got my other box and made sure I got out without any issues. Thank you Sam's Club for employing hard workers like Jayden who do their best to make sure the customer is helped. read more

I eat lunch here often. It's the best value for your $$. I get a pizza combo (large slice and a drink) and a silted pretzel for $3.75. The food is good and it's usually fairly quick. My only complaint is the place isn't always the cleanest, but with plenty of seating options that's usually not a deal breaker. TIP: get the pizza combo + salted pretzel. It will be cheaper than a pretzel combo + pizza. read more

Sam's opened at 10 am on Sunday and from past experience, that is the time to get there! Very few folks (for obvious reasons) in the parking lot at the opening time. This Sam's has a great selection of most everything. Plenty of staff on hand and all that I interacted with were very professional. After filling my cart with more than I needed, it was off to a checkout lane with a wait time of about 3 minutes. I prefer this Sam's Club of any in Salt Lake or the surrounding area. When I visit Logan, I always make a point to stop here and stock up. The store was clean and had everything I was shopping for. I shop both Costco and Sam's Club and this is good. I don't purchase many food items at Sam's as I normally focus on purchasing other than food products there but the selection seemed good. Produce seemed fresh and well stocked. read more

I love our Sams Club but never realized there is an optical department tucked away behind the photo department. When I needed a new exam I found a coupon in the phonebook for $75 for an glasses/contact exam. They had open availability which made me nervous that perhaps this wasn't the best place. Boy was I wrong! Dr. Gibson was SO kind and thorough and even gave me 2 pairs of free lenses to try out and and see which one worked best. I was then scheduled for a followup exam to discuss which pair worked best. I have been to several eye doctors in the past 20 years and have never been scheduled for a followup exam. Its typically, just let us know if there is a problem. I ordered a years worth of my contacts. After about 2 weeks of wearing the lenses, (Acuvue Advanced), they were driving me crazy! The lenses kept accumulating deposits/spots. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. Dr. Gibson explained that with a small percentage of individuals and these lenses the strange depositing happens. I was so bummed because I had bought a years worth of lenses that were non refundable. Dr. Gibson and his staff went above and beyond to remedy the situation and let me exchange for a different lens. I was so very relieved that they were kind enough to do this because I would not have been able to afford buying both sets of lenses. Dr. Gibson saw me 3 times and made sure I left with the perfect lenses. For the cheapest,most thorough eye exam I highly recommend Dr. Gibson at the Sams Club Optical in Logan. Dr. Gibson really cares about his customers and their eyes! read more

The grocery selection here has nothing on Costco. Too bad they won't open one in Logan. Plus Costco's Kirkland brand is superior to all of the Sam's Club brands (Member's Mark, Simply Right, Artisan Fresh). Dining here at the cafe is just average fast food for cheap. If you do be sure to say hi to always happy Donna at the counter. Their 4 berry sundae is delicious, and you can eat here without a membership now. Downside, tables are always filthy. The last few times I've been in Sam's Club, I've been very disappointed and frustrated. The new layout seems SO unorganized and it's impossible to find what you're looking for. What are you doing, Sam's??!! Is this how it's going to be in the future or are you still reorganizing?! Pallets are out in the middle of the floor with things stacked on them ready to fall off, products that have always been there have been out for weeks and I'm also upset that you no longer have a photo department. I've been told this all comes from corporate decisions but I don't know why you messed with a good thing! I know we've all heard for years that Costco is coming but this time I've heard the rumor is true. I'll be glad to shop at Costco if this is the "new" Sam's! read more

My husband went to get a pair of glasses at Sam's since they use our insurance. We have only paid 19.00 for glasses there before which is the copay. When we went there today we were told it was a store policy to charge 90.00 dollars along with the 19.00 dollar copay. This is a breach of contract and very unethical foe Sam's. Please do not go there for glasses. They don't honor insurance. I don't think I will be renewing our membership there anymore. read more

In 2004 these guys totally jacked up my order for 4 new tires for my car. We went in and placed an order, paying up front for 4 new tires for my car. They told us they'd be in, in 2 weeks, and made an appointment for installation. We showed up for the install, and the tires weren't there. They said they'd be in, in another 2 weeks. So we rescheduled, and the same thing happens. We did this once more, and again, no tires. Then, instead of rescheduling, we asked them to call us when they came in. Now, 3 months later, we never got the tires, and we went in, and asked to see the store manager. He didn't apologize, and didn't offer us any kind of compensation. They refunded the money, canceled the order, but made no effort to follow up with us as to why the issue happened, and what could be changed to prevent it from happening again. Long story short, I won't buy tires from them any more. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The only reason I came here is for the mf snacks, and guess what they didn't have the SNACKS. The first thing I sprint to was the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, but no they are sold out. This is reasonable thought because they are so tasty. Next thing on the list is the rotisserie chicken...there is a 30 minute wait. While we are waiting we decided to collect the rest of the items. Chicken taqitos, not to be found. Strawberry uncrustables, left the group chat. As the rest of the customers and I are quietly being disappointed a child starts screaming at the top of their lungs. I leaned over to my mother and said, "I felt that." I am currently writing this review on a musted busted crusted bench out side of the bathrooms. As I am waiting for my mother to come out, there was two women walking out of the restroom and said, "elhhh that bathroom was disgusting". I wish I was making this all up. I spot the free sample despencer, finally something to cheer me up. IT WAS EMPTY LIKE MY DMS. No one here had a pleasant time. My mother leaned over to me and said, "Man don't come here on a Saturday". I replied with a disappointed tone, "Man don't come here ever." read more

I am new to Logan, Utah. I was sad there was no Costco here with their great produce and fresh foods. I was told SAM'S CLUB was just as good, so when your reps came to my workplace, I bought a member ship. I have been to the store a handful of times and each time it was horribly unorganized, lots of empty shelves and dirty. There were empty shelves in the bakery, in the meat department about 1/2 of the meat was turning gray. Just when I thought it could not get worse, The produce section had many rotten and moldy foods. I will NEVER buy grapes from Sam's again. 3 times I have tried and three times there is mold in the middle of the package that you cannot see from examining from the outside. Your canned salmon comes from salmon farms one of the more polluted sea foods. I have 4 items I will buy on a regular basis, but your prices are not all that great so I will not be there often. read more
