Spence's always checks multiple suppliers to get the very lowest price they can for me. They do their research to find out the most affordable way for me to take the medications I need. The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me. I'm calling it that because the rest of the store looks and feels 3X bigger than most Walmarts! Now having said that, Walmart is Walmart! It is what it is! A place I go to get a specific brand of Bass fishing worm. They have a decent sporting goods department in most stores which is the hook for me. This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me! Yes it's giant! Yes they have almost everything on earth and yes, it'll cost you less than most everywhere else! And this Walmart is a five star Walmart!

This was a $500 coupon for a medication that my cardiologist insisted i continue to take despite me being dropped by Aetna for whatever reason. So a much more helpful associate took charge and helped me do the complex phone gymnastics that the other associate didnt want to do. In fact Morgan was very patient and helpful and managed to get my precription filled (it really was a matter of life and death) so i do comment Morgan and most of the staff members of the pharmacy, except the first one, who is clearly the weakest link and probably costs the pharmacy a lot of customers.

I had to go in 4 times to get my first order filled, and I left when they hadn't filled my second…read moreorder on time. For my first order I called ahead and was assured they had all of my meds in stock (3 items). When I arrived I was told they were not in stock on 2 items, but that I could come back the next day to get them. On the second day I was told that I was ahead of their shipment and that they would have to call me later. On the third visit, I was called in, they told me there was a mix up and they gave one of my meds away. I got the second med. 8 days after my first visit they finally had the final med. For my second order when I called them in I was assured they had everything, and they would be ready in 30 minutes. I went in an hour and a half later with a very tight window, and they weren't even started filling them. I left. I didn't have time to wait for them to round off a second hour. Based on my 5 visits their inventory control is abysmal and the people at the desk absolutely don't care that you go over a week without your meds.

I contacted Sam's Club and they said they can not do anything about it. They did not check id of the person picking it up. They make you store a card on file by have no way of protecting your account. This location is no where near my home address. Employee and company should be more assertive and ask for id to protect their customers. I am canceling my membership. It is not worth the risk for people to access my account with credit card my a membership number. Hope this does not happen to anyone else
