But I picked a great Dentist, on my first try. Believe me, I'm telling all my friends and family about the kind, caring, skilled dental office. Doug Smith team helped me out, without appointment, they fit me in (broken tooth) I was in the chair 2 hours, while he worked on my emergency and his clients with appointments. But after that we were able to joke about it, and then Greg took me through my first session. Greg is awesome, very patient competent and good at explaining the drills. We started with heat and stationary bike to get warmed up and then did a series of three drills. The cooldown was ice and stim, as well as a list of what to do when I got home. I'm actually looking forward to doing the drills and going back next week to report my progress!

If you come in off the street with mysterious foot pain like I did, you may wait a long while, or you may be bounced to another clinic. Good news is there's loads of paperwork to fill out while you wait..but they work with you financially if you're in the Obamacare 'donut hole' like me. I paid a very fair price for diagnosis, blood work and medication. Facilities are clean and new, and they can do a lot in-house. They even have dentistry onsite. This is a branch of Bear River Health, who does a lot to make health care more accessible to our community.

Just a "FYI": I got the puff of air in the eyes AND dilated. They did give me some techy shades that were adjustable...but I opted to wear my sunglasses.
