I always called ahead of time to let her know. They discharged me because of these missed appointments. When I called the director to discuss this, she yelled at me. All I got to say was my name and she went off like a rocket. My nurse never said I could reschedule or have another nurse come out. I liked all my nurses. Although my first nurse was uneducated about sterile technique, I found them easy to work with. The director is just plain rude and mean. They are dealing with very ill people. Surely there are better ways of communicating with their patients. I do not recommend Symbii Home Health.

From the moment I was greeted by the staff I was walked through the procedures I was made to feel comfortable. There was no pain and I was taken care of in an hour and a half. They set me up with a dental plan for future visits. I can't say enough about the staff and how kind And caring they are these people truly care about their patients. I think I'm over my fear of going to the dentist and I definitely found my new family dentist. I would highly recommend them.

I went to google and…read morebegan calling dentists late Thursday morning only to discover that everyone was either fully booked or the dentist would not be in on Friday. Since I was leaving on Sunday I needed to be seen right away or spend the next several days in PAIN! Called Baldwin Family Dental and they also told me they had no openings. I explained my situation and the staff worked so hard to fit me in First thing Friday morning. When I arrived at the office I found everyone to be so welcoming, friending and caring. They all seemed to know about my pain before I said a thing. They got me right in and the dentist was the best. He took such good care of me and I am now pain free. I wish I could have him as my full time dentist. I come to Logan a couple times a year and plan to try to see them when I come up. Thanks so much for the personal care and the best dental experience I've ever had.
