Kyle told DaVie nail shop manager, that he was responsible for fixing plumbing problem, not Walmart, even thought for the last 20 years, other Walmart managers responsibly fixed plumbing problems. There has been no change in the lease agreement, it is Walmart's building. The In store, manicure business Da Vie Nails, started flooding at 1:00 PM. Water flooded nail shop and into Walmart main store, causing a major safety problem to all customers as well as into the walls of Walmart customer service. Seems like Kyle would jeopardize the safety of Walmart Customers and the possibility of multimillion dollar lawsuits against Walmart for negligence, rather than fix a plumbing problem at his Walmart Super Store.

I notice one dog wash out of the two are being used so I go up there and say ma'am there's one dog wash that is not being used and I don't see the other dogs in the store.
