It's not the fact that they call, but their sales tactics are terrible. "Fred" called my work, identified himself, and asked if we needed auto glass service, so I thought it was a business call. Then realizing he might simply be cold-calling, I asked if anyone from my company called him for auto glass service. I politely tell him that this is a company. He asks "well don't you drive a car?" And before I could answer, he hung up. So incredibly rude. I would never use them. read more

I've dealt with Kurt at auto glass and he is great. My window was hit by a rock and started cracking two days before a family trip. There were delays in getting a new windshield because of supply chain issues post covid they sent me a letter to take with me so should I be stopped I could show it to police to show that it was schedule. Just received my annual call from Aline Glass and boy am I glad. We have a windshield in one of our cars which needs replacing. I have used this company several times throughout my 35 years here in the Twin Cities and they handle everything from the insurance claim to the installation and follow up. Their work is always professional and top rate. The best part for me is that they bring the glass replacement to my car, at home or work. I would recommend this company anytime and I don't mind the cold call from these guys because it is actually something I can use. read more

I have been receiving calls & text messages from this company once a year asking if I need any glass repair. My phone number has been listed on the National Do Not Call Registry since 2006 to avoid calls like these. The latest call on 8/16/23, when I asked how they got my #, the caller admitted it was on their "cold call list". This is in complete violation of federal law and my privacy rights, yet they claim to have done nothing wrong. I highly encourage people to report this company to the regulating authorities (as I have done) and not to do business with a company that does not respect consumer privacy rights. read more

I will not do business with someone that does not respect our privacy and spams people who have never done business with them. Cold calling/cold texting is reprehensible and inexcusable. The seem to have an out of control and nasty marketing department. The even have a script for "Why are you calling me when I'm on the Do Not Call List" - they don't even miss a beat getting right back into their sales pitch. Here's a hint: I will never do business with anyone that cold calls me much less those that insult me in the process. It is reassuring to see that no one else seems to like your company and there are no positive reviews. I would strongly suggest not using any service from Alpine Glass. Any company that violates the DNC list has no issues violating laws placed by the Federal Trades Commission and would probably not have any issues breaking rules to turn a quick profit off of customers. read more

They replaced the windshield on our truck many moons ago and did a great job! The fact that they're still in business says a lot! SO WHAT if they call people to see if they need service...it is called being proactive and working to stay in business! If you don't, politely decline. If you do, they did half the work for you! Alpine Glass did a fine job with replacing our windshield. That being said, I have gotten a phone call from Bill at Alpine Glass almost every month since. I can't take it!! If every windshield was broken I still wouldn't use them! They do not leave you alone, ever!!! I block the numbers and they call from a different line. I think I went with Alpine because I called around. I have no insurance and I needed a windshield. I remember the price was decent. I live in Lindstrom and they came out to my home in lickety-split got the job done! I was tickled to death. Never had glass repair or anything of the sort, searched them up after they cold called me for inherently no reason. Randomly called us and asked if we need our windshield repaired. Coincidentally, at the time, our windshield did have a crack in it. I asked them to not schedule anything or to call back. Today, my wife and I both received calls from them stating that they will be at our vehicle to repair the glass. My wife then told them that it was repaired like two weeks ago and that we didn't need their help. The lady got upset with her and yelled at her and told her that my wife should of let them know it was repaired. VERY RUDE and disrespectful, especially since we didn't set up anything with them! read more

Cold called fishing for business, told them number is on do not call list, they responded they had no idea how our number got on their list. After seeing reviews that they ignore federal law reported violation to Federal Trade Commission. Future violations could cost them up to $25,000 per infraction. read more
