I told her I wanted deep tissue, with as much pressure as she could possibly do, and to spend the entire time on my back and shoulders. What I got instead was a 1 hour Swedish style full body massage. Because she didn't do the full hour on my shoulder like I specifically requested, my shoulder feels a little better but not completely... -There was a lack of instructions, likely due to the language issue. Most massage places will ask you once you walk into the room where you feel pain, then, they will tell you what level to undress to, where to leave your things, etc. That was not my experience. She literally walked me into the room, and then, closed the sliding door and gave me zero instructions. -There wasn't great privacy. I don't really care, but every other massage place I have been to is very careful not to expose your breasts or have the door open while you are not fully clothed. Again, that was not my experience here. Instead of a sheet to cover my body on the massage table, they gave me a body sized towel that really only covered my butt if I put it horizontally. Then, she came in as I was getting dressed, and I was in my bra, and she went to get me water with the door open. Overall, it was a good massage, and if I was in a pinch, I would return, but I'm honestly pretty surprised this place has all 5 star reviews, most of which are super recent, given I know others would be much more bothered by my experience than I was.

DeLane was able to get me in I wanna say within 20 minutes. Mind you, this was no notice and obviously a brand new client. The place is cute, private and centrally located. Most importantly is DeLane herself. For the first time EVER I told her what I wanted and needed in two short sentences and Bam! Perfection! I like a lot of pressure which she can do but she has skill! That's what most other places have been lacking this whole time. She can find the trouble spots quickly and deals with them thoroughly. I mean, she was fantastic. The lady Mary has to be in her late 60s, maybe 70"s but super strong. I'd seen the place before as I live over here but was kinda concerned about the area. Now it's been built up. I thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did.
