Wendy uses many different types of massage methods all over your body to help the individual sections of your body to relax and feel better. She used Shiatsu pressure point massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Thai, Swedish and Craniosacral massage therapy all throughout my 90 minute massage. It was great to see a massage therapist using so many different types of massage therapy to help the customer feel the best they can feel. In addition to that, I work out anywhere from 4-6 days of the week, and the best I can do at the moment for my recovery periods is foam rolling, stretching, and basic yoga.
