I walked in and the lady knew no English at all, so she called a guy from the back to answer my questions. I selected my massage and he told me they had time for one person for a 90 minute cupping/massage and could do it at 5:30pm, which was 40 minutes away. So I said okay I'll be back at 5:30. I went outside and put some wax on my car. At 5:22pm I went back in, said hello to the guy and sat down and went on tiktok. At 5:29pm the guy says, sir are you here for the 5:30? I said yes. He then tells me they didn't have time. To which I responded, what do you mean? You told me to come back at 5:30 and I told you okay I'll be back. He then proceeds to come up with the excuse that he didn't hear me say I'd be back. I mean really? We had a full on conversation about the massage I wanted and that they only had time for one person cuz he was assuming I wanted it for 2 people since I was on the phone with my wife asking her which massage I should get. So not only did I not get a 90 minute massage, I wasted an hour of my time. I could have made $100 doing deliveries or something. This place gets one star because I can't give it less. I love this place!! Hello Massage is one of San Diego's best-kept secrets. Located in East County, Hello Massage is a quiet, clean, and delightful massage place. Upon walking in you're immediately greeted with a "welcome" and a smile. Prices are posted on the wall to your left, and they have a peaceful waiting room with a water machine for you :) Today I got an hour Swedish massage, it was $55. I was led to my own private room where I was instructed to undress and lay under the sheet, face down. The room was very clean, dimmed lights, and the sheets were soft. My massage lady knocked before entering, then asked if I wanted low pressure, medium, or strong for the massage. I went with medium. She started on my neck/ scalp and then put my hair in a hair tie, and proceeded to work on my shoulders, back, arms and legs. About 40 minutes into it, she wiped me down with hot towels and then she had me flip over so I was face up, she covered me back up with the sheet, propped my head on a pillow, and worked on my neck then shoulders and then arms. After that she went back over my legs again. She said her goodbye at the end of the massage and closed the door on her way out. When I left, I was greeted once again and handed a cup of water. As we were walking out the lady called to is from the door and back to the counter to point at a SUGGESTED tip sign and requested to tip even more! I was there yesterday for an hour Swedish massage, and it was horrible. 45 minutes of having cold oil poured on my back and swished around. No pressure at all, just pushing the puddle of oil around. And she left the room twice because people came into the lobby. No front of legs, arms, feet or shoulder/neck massage. And the large towel they cover you up with smelled like rancid oil. That being said their massages are $50 for an hour and they do a good job. The facility is clean. They offer Thai or Swedish and will go with whatever pressure you want. I was sexually assaulted today 12/12 at this establishment. I'll be making my police report come Monday. I came in my with my boyfriend for a 60 min massage. Apparently they assigned him the woman and me the male which I thought was strange. Most places I've gone to always assign women to women or will let you know beforehand and ask if it's ok to have a male masseuse. They have you get undressed and lie face down and then the masseuse comes in. This seems weird as well since most places will introduce you to your masseuse beforehand. Everything was fine for the most part until the last ten minutes or so. He started rubbing his private's against my hand. It felt wrong instantly but I just chalked it up as an accident since masseuses are reaching across your body. Then it happened again, uncomfortable. By the third time I moved my hand down to my side to avoid any type of contact with that region of him. Then came the blatant sexual assault. While I was face down he spread my legs, climbed on top of the chair, his legs now in between mine and proceeded to pull my waist up and thrust into my rear several times. I was frozen. I was so in disbelief by what happened, it happened so fast. He then pretended to stretch out my back as I had an obvious jerk reaction. I was scared, mortified, humiliated. He then asked me to turn around, and proceeded to spread my legs again climbing on top reaching up my thighs when I finally found the courage to say no. He then hopped off, pulled at my feet and said "done" and promptly left the room. I got dressed, went to to the lobby where my boyfriend was already waiting and said let's go. It was in the car that a burst out crying after realizing what had happened. My boyfriend dropped me off at home and went back to let management know, where they were basically useless and just refunded his and my money. The man suddenly "was gone" as my boyfriend kept pressing the secretary to call him to the front so he could confront and address the situation with him. After finally gathering myself, I tried to call that same management number back to give them the first person report. I called over five times, no answer, no call back. I'm horrified, traumatized and disgusted. But I don't plan to keep quiet because I'll be damned if another woman will have to experience the trauma I did. Please tell your friends and family and protect the community from this predatory place. read more

This massage place is really good for a decent price. I got the 1-hr combo massage for $40 and my friend got the 1-hr foot massage for $20. I was surprised that my friend chose to do a foot massage but they did much more of her body than just her feet. We both got fully naked and felt very comfortable with our masseuses.
