My husband and I had just gotten back from a trip from Zion and we were very sore. I decided to check out this place, and I'm glad we did. I got a lady named Ruby and my husband got a lady by the name Arma. We have been to a few places and let me just start by we both were super happy when we were done. My husband wanted his back worked out and I wanted a full body and they both were super polite and attentive to our needs. My husband said that she went above and beyond and getting the areas he wanted to focus on. As for me, Ruby made sure to rub out all the tough knots. We were hesitant due to the reviews so I made sure to ask for females to our luck other was for females. I will for sure be coming back and so will my husband we were beyond pleased one hour body massage. read more

Really impressed by this massage location. My husband and I called last minute (4th of July) for two 1-hour full body massages and they were able to accommodate us, even offering us a shared room for a couples massage at no extra cost. $40 per person is a steal of a deal given how thorough the therapists were for a full hour. Amazing pressure/ strength and we each felt they found our sore spots without verbal guidance, which was super impressive. The spa itself is clean and minimalistic, the tables comfortable, and air conditioning welcomed in hot east county. We typically pay upwards of $75-120 for an hour massage of this caliber and no joke, the therapists here were better than higher end salons. Tipping suggestions are as follows: $8-10 "good"; $11-14 "great", $15+ "wow" since they only take home a small percent of the actual cost of service. We were happy to give $20 each because $60 total for this massage is still a fantastic deal They also have Reward Cards that offer your 10th massage free after the first 9 services. I'm recommending to my mom and sister who live down the street and will be back when in town again read more

Horrible experience, sexual assault is definitely happening here. Today 1/16 was my first time here, and certainly my last. I was assigned a male masseuse which was fine because normally, they get my knots out better. He started massaging and as the lady in the comments said, he makes you prop your butt up and then thrust. He then proceeded to try and "stretch" me which ended up him rubbing on my upper half which was not fine. I was in shock. Then he ended up pulling my underwear fully off and putting a towel and ended up rubbing his hands. Never again. I told him stop leave give me my money. I'm filing a police report against them. read more

Probably one of the best massage spas in town for the price! Extremely clean all around, staff are super nice and most importantly their massage is tops! I will be going back again in 2 weeks. The only downside is that their yelp deal won't work anymore.. Other than than its outstanding! read more

Facility is not the most spotless nor glamorous but I got a solid Thai body and foot massage combo for $45 (30 min each) from a strong, skilled lady named Ruby who seemed to know her stuff and care about pressure point spots, knots and focusing on areas like the lower back that are "important for women" (her words). She ushered me into Room 3 then closed the door without an explanation to get undressed, so I peeked out and confirmed this was the plan. She said yes, everything but underwear. Then I confirmed that I'd start face down. If you're used to going to let's say a Massage Envy or a non-Asian spa, you might feel like there's a lack of communication and bells/whistles/soft touch.. like, no one's asking where your trouble spots are/areas to avoid, etc. She did ask if the pressure was okay once, but other times I had to ask her to reduce the pressure, which is normal and fine, which of course she accommodated. Also, if you've never had a Thai massage and are expecting a Swedish massage, you'll be caught off guard.. at one point, my lady was stepping on my traps, her hands pushing against the wall. There is some Swedish style, and deep tissue.. it's all mixed in. But definitely speak up if the pressure is too great. The foot reflexology massage was much more relaxing.. I fell asleep! All in all, a good place if you get Ruby and aren't expecting to be coddled. If you're expecting a soft voice, someone to meet you, take time to talk things over with you before during and after, this is not your spot. You might say it's a lack of customer service, but like a lot of places run by Asian people.. it's just about efficiency. I will probably return and request the same lady. read more

I love Hello Massage! The staff are always friendly, the environment is relaxing, and Emma is an amazing massage therapist!

I get lower back spasms from time to time. Tonight was one of those times. My husband told me he would buy me a massage and I tried this place. I was lucky enough to get Mark as my masseuse. He continuously checked in with me to make sure the pressure was OK. He was very thorough and got all of the knots out and my back spasms stopped. Ah relief! I have received massages at many high end resorts and spas and this was the best hands down! I will be back and ask for Mark. read more

I was sexually molested by the therapist, "Sean". There was a time he pressed my shoulders up while I was lying on my stomach. I resisted as to not raise my breast off the table and be exposed but he kept pressing until they were. I assumed it was for back stretching and thought ok, that was weird... then there were times he interlocked his fingers with mine but again I assumed it was to pull my arm down to stretch as he rubbed out a knot in my shoulder. He tried bringing my hands up over my head near his hips as he stood in front of the table and I just tucked them away, as to not accidentally touch him as he was attempting to make me do. After finishing my upper back and moving down to massage my legs he left the towel tucked into my panties pulled slightly down instead of pulling them up since he was finished with that portion of the massage, he left it down slightly so it would be loose in my private area. He pulled on leg off the table and massaged a leg, then instead of placing it back on the table to move on to the next, he left it there and pulled the other leg off the other side so now he can easily peek. I felt uncomfortable the entire time but assumed that it was all part of the massage. The massage itself was good and I was long overdue to release the tension. I went back a second time with my husband and that is when I realized that his behavior the first time was not part a normal massage! He didn't do any of the things he did the first time except try to interlock his fingers with mine only on the hand on the opposite side of my husband. Thats when I realized he was crossing the line and he KNEW it bc he was trying to do the extra subtle things where my husband couldn't see. He was totally violating me! I dont want him to be doing this to other women and whoever reads this, please know, go with your gut! Those subtle moves are still sexual abuse and he needs to be held accountable! I tried filing a police report but the officer told me nothing would come of it because its the nature of the massage. Please ladies, do not become victims of this! Speak up. read more

A decent place that we have patronized a couple of times, my only problem is the tip requests and their lack of response and look of dismay when you tip them. On a $20 foot massage I tip $10 bucks which is quite generous and they still look unhappy - tipping is at clients discretion and 20% of the service is quite good & to receive more than that I would not have a pissy look on my face. I noticed a sign on front desk $10.00 just ok $15.00 good $20.00 terrific On a side note - please keep talking to none, hands clean and breath free of smoke and what you just ate. read more

The massage was alright, I didn't know why the man massaged my wife and I got a woman. The clerk chased after me when I left, asking about a tip. That was really irritating. You lost an $80+ customer every couple of months over $20. read more

I just had my feet reflexology with neck, shoulder, arm, hands and leg massage by Emma, earlier today and I enjoyed and made me relax that i almost dozed off ! This is my 1st time to come to this massage parlor and I know that i will be going back, in the near future. I felt safe and comfortable. It was easy to find. Nancy, the receptionist was nice and friendly. The location is good and accessible. I highly recommend this business. read more

I have been following Steve around since he was working in Rancho San Diego. He has a gift and good energy. After a massage from him you truly feel relaxed and less tense. The place is new and clean, and the set up is nice. There are two private rooms with foot massage stations, there is a couples room, and there are individual rooms for full body massages. Honestly, the full body massages for 90 minutes are the best. I like the Thai combo. I live all the way in Bonita and I make the 20-25 minute drive over each time because the people who work here are worth it. The place is not sketchy where you are worried about "that other type" of "Happy Head" massage. This place is bright and has an airy reception area, no need to worry! Prices are the same as other typical foot massage places, but I always tip them well, I know they're trying to make a living and they are far better than the $75/hr massages I've paid at spas. I think my favorite part about the place is in the back he made two huge frames and put a whole bunch of 3D butterflies. So pretty! read more

A good massage Spa needs nice ambient, good customer service, and good masseurs/masseuse. This place lacks the latter two. It's an ok place. I am not sure what the hype is on Yelp with all of these positive reviews. Yes, the rooms appear to be clean and the microfiber towels are super soft. Front desk is horrible. Called for an appointment for three specific Masseurs. I called half an hr before my appointment to confirm. Front desk lady says "yes, yes, yes." When we showed up, they made us pay first. Which was fine to us. When we got into the room, we didn't get the masseurs that we requested. We asked to change, but we didn't get a replacement. Tina, David, and Anthony did our massage. They were ok. David gave me a bruise on my right arm. Not "wow" or "amazing." I have had better massages in Orange County. read more

I've been coming here since last year, I enjoy this place a lot. I first discovered this place by my sister, who discovered this by her friend. It's very clean and I've had my luck walking in but I think if you really want a spot, it's best to make an appointment. I made one yesterday for my mom and I, I left a voicemail and they got back to me right away! I was experiencing some back pain before I came in, I explained that before the massage and at first the pressure felt a little strong but she made sure to check on me and adjust the pressure. I was very relaxed. As always this place is the best! I give this place 5 stars!! read more

Massage was meh. Would have preferred masseuse to press harder. Also paid for a body scrub but only one side of my body was scrubbed. Found out after my session that my masseuse was brand new. Should have read all of the previous reviews prior to appt and asked for one of the recommended masseuses. Not worth what I paid for. read more

I should have known better from the beginning when they asked for payment upfront, at the moment I should have walked out and just waited to get into my normal massage spot. 15 minutes into the massage I wish I hadn't paid them a dime so I can walk out and not having the feeling of wasting $41.00. This was NO "massage" but instead a simple back rub, her heavy opened mouth breathing, her noisy growling stomach was beyond annoying. The lady kept repeating the same movements to my upper back, I kept asking for deeper pressure, a slight increase in strength was used for 30 seconds or so then back to her weak back rub. I was highly disappointed to have wasted an hour of my day, and $41.00 and not to even get my feet/ankles "massaged" included in the 60 minute full body "massage". Do you self a favor and skip this place! If you want a really good massage for a solid reasonable price, check out Asian Foot Massage Spa in Spring Valley! I went here 5 days ago, and gave the business the time to reach out to me before I told future victims about their terrible practice. Nobody ever called me. So, here I am to rant about one of the top 2 worst massages I've ever received in my entire adult life. U know how u know somethings bad within the first 5 minutes but u want to keep hope alive that things will get better...yeah that's pretty much flew out the window... bye hope. Lol. Jabbing, poking, inconsistent pressure, motions, terrible flow. 3 hard squeezes to my right forearm 17 hard squeezes to my left forearm. I told the lady something hurt and she continued to do it . Told her I didn't like something, she continued to do it. I honesty sat there p*ssed off and ready to blow. I was so mad that I paid for that crap, but instead of complaining I jetted out without tipping. Was gonna be the bigger person and cut my loss. So im sitting in my car for a few minutes fuming and on my phone when all of a sudden sucky massage lady is coming at my car with hands out motioning for me to give her money. NO JOKE! I was like what in tarnation is going on here. Next thing u know the desk girl is yelling at her and telling her to go. She comes to my window and asks me if she was really bad because regulars had her and they said she was terrible. And I was like shes the worst ever. She told me she was new and only had been there trying out for a few days. She didn't offer for me to come back in, she didn't offer me a refund. I was more relaxed and calm before I went in that damn place. Ugh. Let me get off here before I get fired up again. Lol. Beware! read more

Has seriously gone downhill lately. Came in for a walk-in. I said I'd like an hour foot massage. When I didn't go for the hard upsell I was told to come back in a half hour. Went over to El Cajon Hobbies for a half hour. When I walked in the attendant acted like they didn't recognize me. Then told me they gave my spot away because they didn't think I'd come back. No apology, no reschedule, no goodbye and see you again. I really got the feeling I was an inconvenience and not welcome. read more

Love this place! Ever since I have moved to El Cajon I have been looking for a good massage place I can rely on and I think I found it. I've been to multiple massage parlors in town and I've had no luck finding a place that can give a proper Thai massage till now. The parlor was so clean, staff was super friendly and the 90 min massage was amazing! She got deep into the muscles and really focused on my problem spots. Couldn't be happier with the service and for the price you can't beat it. I'll be making this my go to spot! Would recommend it to anyone who is really looking for a great massage. read more

As a person who gets frequent massages and has been here several times, I can say that this place gives pretty good massages. The huge down side is that more often than not, in the winter, the massage therapists are coughing or sniffling during the massage and I've gotten sick from being in a small room for an hour while a sick person breathes on me constantly. I really wish this one detail was not the case. UPDATE: Just had a couples massage with my husband for our anniversary, and when my massage therapist finished mine about a minute before my husband's was finished, she Immediately started handing me my bra & pants that I had hung on hooks & telling me to get dressed. I had to tell her No twice, and then she says "Oh, you want to wait for your husband?" Yeah, ya think?! Weirdest S*** Ever! read more

This place was AWFUL! It felt like i was in a meat grinder the entire time. Front desk was clueless even though we called and booked a couples massage then they asked if separate rooms was ok? no greetings from masseuse, just started chopping my back. EXTREMELY unprofessional with their cell phones on the entire 90 min massage. It may be a cultural thing but no asking what areas hurt, what pressure to use or areas to avoid. They talked to eachother our entire massage and i left crying in the car. It was my birthday and honestly very unhappy read more

I am so impressed with this place! For the price, you will not find a better massage in east county, and a very clean and inviting space. I first visited as a walk in when they had their grand opening and saw May, who was so wonderful. I was taken back within minutes of check in. She found and worked out every knot in my neck and shoulders and THEN some! My husband has been doing a lot of hard labor around the yard and I thought I'd treat him to a good massage here... so we came on a Sunday 5pm and were seen right away. I love their hours, and it seems like there is always someone available even if you just walk in on a whim. He got Cindy, and was amazed. I got Mark this time, and he had excellent deep pressure to work my knots out. He definitely knew where to focus and spent most of the hour on my problem areas while still managing to give a little relief to all 4 quadrants overall. With a good loyalty program that allows you to share your "punch card" with your whole family, they definitely have me hooked. We'll be regulars here and hopefully get all our knots worked out! read more

I just left after an hour long deep tissue with Mark and it was amaZing! I read reviews before going and saw a great review about him and they were not wrong.
