From my first phone call to gather information, Sharon was extremely helpful. She told me exactly what we would need, the approximate timeframe, cost, location of her office, and hours. She even told me that she would be able to provide the 2x2 photos required with the application, free of charge, which we could take right at her office (saving us a separate trip to get those done elsewhere). Once we arrived at her office, she helped us fill out the paperwork quickly, and we were all done. We paid her (a very fair price, which included the cost of the VISA itself, shipping, etc), and her price was better than other companies I had inquired with for quotes. She sent our packets out immediately, and within three weeks we had our passports back in our hands, with our 10 year VISAs for China! We were expecting it to take 6-8 weeks, as that was what we had been quoted by other places, but this was incredibly fast! Sharon was incredibly efficient, kind, and professional, and I am so glad we chose to go through Queen's Travel. Highly recommend!!!

I never needed their services before but recently I needed to get a new 10 year Visa to China since mine expired and we were unable to get it in Hong Kong during a previous trip. Even though China doesn't require a Visa at the moment for short duration trips there, my dad insisted I get it to make going in and out of China easier. I didn't want to argue with my dad so I just did as he asked. I called around and pretty much everyone was about the same price to get the Visa but Chuck was able to see me the same day I inquired. Other places wouldn't be able to see me till the following week. I wasn't in a huge rush but getting it done sooner than later is always best. After I found all the required documents he requested, I messaged him and we met 30-45 minutes later at Panda Travel. I filled out a quick questionnaire, took a photo and answered a few questions he had. He told me it'll take about 4-6 weeks and will contact me once he has my Passports back. Fast forward and it was less than a month later when I got a call from Chuck telling me that they have my Passports back. He said I could pick them up anytime. I told him I could pick it up the following day and he gave me pick up instructions. They were extremely quick and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The staff there all seem to be Chinese and are multilingual. Travel agents are a dying profession with technology but for those who still use travel agents, Panda Travel is a place to check out. If you need a China Visa, I highly recommend them.

NS blamed Oceania for the travel arrangements, yet Oceania only comunicates through the travel agent leaving us stuck with NS and no real help. To make matters worse, we (friends and us) were assigned different travel advisors at NS who did not communicate with each other. Our friends and us ended up with cabins on opposite ends of the ship. We both paid for Business Class upgrades; we were booked on different airlines with different itineraries. Wrong information given to us. Communication was poor - excuses, delays and no accountability or taking responsibility. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Non-Stop Travel. If you want clear communication and a company that actually listens, look elsewhere. If you are considering an Oceania cruise, book directly with Oceania.
