I was particularly impressed with the construction of the three gates I called for. Two side gates were especially attractive, and a double 10 foot gate in the back was very well constructed with 8 inch square pressure treated posts and a steel frame supporting the structure. Concrete patio was ok but not great. There is a brush mark that stands out as it was done in the…read moreopposite direction of the rest of the patio and there isn't enough sealant on it as when it rains there are visable marks that look like lightening strikes with black spots. It just about looks like where the concrete is going to eventually crack? It's been a couple months now but maybe it takes longer for that to go away? The patio roof is fine on the straight part, other than the sections are not even - couldn't put the skylight where we wanted because it wasn't 24 inches wide so the skylight wouldn't fit there. all of their crew did not know how to properly fit the 90 degree angle side to the straight side. one side of the angle was not attached properly, but the other side was done correctly. Looks like one of their guys knew what he was doing and how to use the connecting metal brackets but the guy on working the other side of the beam did not. Even though that section will eventually be covered up/closed off with a ceiling it looks unprofessional. Also, on the front facing side of the roof there was a board that stood up in the inside corner that would not allow the roof flashing to lay flat in the inside corner that would hinder the water flow that would be draining to the gutters that we had to fix.

This company somehow managed to make my home worse than it was to begin with. It looked like a Frankenstein project where they took pieces of carpet from different sources that they just had left over from other projects and there were seems everywhere with different carpets. The carpet also covered over the closet rails so they just swung. There were nails and objects under the carpet that you could feel as you walked. There was paint literally on EVERYTHING, floors, glass, mirrors, counter tops. The paint they used on the entire home, excluding the ceilings as they didn't paint that, was sprayed on and it peeled off! I literally mean it peeled off. All doors that they painted for $75 a piece, all peeled off. Not to mention the walls that were painted splashed all over the ceiling which was not the same color which is crazy because they used a blue tape along the edges. How do I know they used a blue tape on the edges? Because it was left on some of the high ceilings. Electrical sockets were missing, some screws for them were replaced with rusted ones. Those are nothing compared to them leaving the gas stove on AND a gas can was literally just sitting in my kitchen on the ground. That is what I found when I went to check up on the place. I sent them photos of everything and they said they would come back and fix it. Why I did this? Because I assumed the manager didn't know what their crew had done or something and my realtor stated to send them photos let them fix it before hiring another crew. I sent the photos and even with those it was not fixed. The carpet had less seems, and was at least all the same color and the closet rails had been uncovered. Some of the paint was cleaned off of some surfaces and that's it. They even asked to come out a third time to fix it again. NOT A CHANCE.
