After that honest and quick communication I decided to try again for a repair I needed to a kitchen drawer. This time the response, again fast, was a yes and a time was offered. The service provider called on his way and arrived within the window. He was able to fix the drawer very fast, having time to do some sanding for me afterwards. That tipping point happened a couple weeks back for us, and a beautiful new Murphy-bed (mounts to the wall and becomes cabinets by day, bed by night) arrived to us having zero time to build and install it in the foreseeable future. After several weeks of hemming and hawing and nagging from our 21 y/o "VR Game designer" son whose bedroom with its current intrusive "normal" bed was self-deemed as unsuitable for gaming arena use, we sent off an e-mail to Every Little Thing in hopes they could get this one-and-done for us. They called back near-instantly (we recall, it was a Sunday afternoon and they called us like an hour after we'd e-mailed) and after a little back-and-forth with bed model numbers and specifics, we had our appointment scheduled. They arrived the day before just to check out and measure the room and note any impediments to their success; all was looking good for tomorrow's installation. Fred and his team arrived promptly as promised, assembled the bed with nothing but a lunch break, and were done same day. These guys were great, conscientious, measured twice and cut once. Perfect job. We'll keep them in mind for future overload.
