Great experience overall, I got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest, but they did pretty decent…read morework. I had both my bathrooms changed from the old 3 knob shower to a more modern single knob shower thingy, plus updating the waste disposal piping/internals. Although the base quotes and labor was cheap, I did ask for some custom stuff which cost extra, and I think they put quite a big markup on them. For example, I wanted brushed nickel finish on my shower fixtures and drains and it cost $360. I looked at Home Depot and it was much less than that for that kind of stuff. Other than that, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The thing that stands out the most about them was their dedication and their customer service. I was having my shower valves and waste disposal replaced but also wanted to reglaze my tub. Long story short, something happened with that reglazing company that might've flooded my downstairs neighbor and Greg hopped on a call with me late at night and talked me through how to check if everything was ok. This took 40 minutes, and thankfully nothing leaked out of my waste disposal. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the services provided and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
