We recently had Jehan help us with our kitchen remodel, and couldnt have done it without him. We wouldnt hesitate to recomend JNL to anyone.

When Jahan showed up on time, with a smile; we knew we had a winner!!!!! Jahan listened to my ideas and said yes to my every request. He offered advice, and would suggest a better or more cost effective solution to an issue, but never said no. At the end of our first meeting, we explained that we did not yet close escrow. He waited patiently and started immediately the day we got the keys. We explained that we had a very short timeline for completion, and Jahan and his crew completed the project in record time!!! He respected our home and our budget. He accepted the fact that we had items we had purchased ie old fixtures from our other home, pendants which a friend donated which he installed. He worked with my husband (who is retired and oversaw the project) and never complained. He always took our calls day and night. He always returned our emails within hours. . I am a Household Manager, and have crossed paths with many tradesmen over the years. I have worked through five remodels and I rarely meet such a amazing, patent , hard working, honorable man. I can truly give Jahan and his crew 5 stars. My husband and I will forever be grateful for our lovely home. cynthia & matt San Ramon

A Professional and Critical Warning Regarding All Access Contracting !!!!!!!!!…read moreI am writing this review to provide an objective, factual warning to potential clients and subcontractors considering doing business with Ben Hall and All Access Contracting LLC. I know the following details regarding my own household's experience to be 100% fact, as we lived through it firsthand. My husband was engaged by Ben Hall to provide construction labor alongside a crew for a renovation project. Ben's initial professional demeanor completely shifted once it came time to distribute earned wages. After demanding 8-to-9-hour workdays, Ben paid other crew members directly in front of my husband, but completely withheld my husband's $700.00 in earned wages. To make matters worse, my husband was left personally responsible for paying an additional $800.00 out of pocket to the workers he brought onto the site. When my husband requested his rightful pay, Ben immediately sent a text message terminating his services and threatening him with a "trespass" order to physically block him from collecting his check--leaving our family completely broke the day before our son's birthday. He has since refused all phone calls and communication. This is a matter of documented fact, and we have the text messages, call logs, and a pending Department of Labor wage theft claim to prove it. While I can only legally testify to our own firsthand nightmare, a look at this company's public records reveals a highly concerning, consistent pattern. Other independent accounts detail Ben Hall pocketing massive checks while actively lying about waiting on owner payments--including one documented instance of a $9,620.00 check cleared at the end of May. Furthermore, other public complaints state that he operates without proper insurance, utilizes unlicensed tradesmen, and walked away with over $70,000 from an elderly client after cutting dangerous structural corners on critical ADA-compliant home modifications. While I cannot personally vouch for those external disputes, our direct experience completely mirrors the behavior of a contractor who exploits labor and lacks basic professional ethics. If you value your financial security, your time, and the safety of your home, I strongly advise you to steer 100% clear of Ben Hall and All Access Contracting LLC.

I had been wanting a retaining wall to tame a really boring slope on which I couldn't get any…read moregardening done. I stumbled across the All Access Construction website as I was doing research on board-formed concrete retaining walls, I was impressed with what I saw--these guys are capable of doing massive projects. They should be able to easily do my small retaining wall. I called and Joe came right over, he took some measurements, listened and he and his crew went right to work. One thing that he didn't tell me beforehand was that there was going to be a channel for drainage in between the new wall and the old sidewalk. This turned out to be a real problem. One, it looks terrible because leaves collect, water collects, trash just collects in this gutter and two neighbors who are walking along the sidewalk, if they're not paying attention, they can step in accidentally and nearly break their ankles. I've contacted All Access to see what we could do about filling the channel with concrete and just making the sidewalk contiguous like I had originally intended, and I'm not asking for a freebie -- I get it that it's a small job maybe too small for them to deal with, but I've called and emailed and basically been blown off which doesn't feel good.

Multiple emails and calls to the company and I have had zero follow up as of Jan 2025. When I call in, the office tells me they have passed the issue of off my assigned contractor and it is his responsibility to follow up. When I asked for any of their contractors to come and look at the repair, they said it was required that my assigned contractor approve the work to be passed off. Not once have they reached out to me to tell me they are working on it. I have had to do all the follow up. Their general tone is apathetic and they express no concern for my house getting water damage. Got it repaired elsewhere at my own expense. Serious regret about using Homerun.

It was a complex…read moreproject that involved removing a load bearing wall to create a great room with an open concept kitchen. We had a very specific vision and design in mind, and some contractors wouldn't even bid on the project without seeing architectural structural plans first. Guy came in and gave us a straightforward estimate, detailed out every phase of the job, and had a team that could produce the architectural plans to submit to the county for permit review all within our budget. This was our first major remodel, so we prepared ourselves for the worst. Fortunately, Guy and his team made it a completely smooth process -- no change orders, no timeline delays (only those we caused due to appliance backorders), and our kitchen and living room came out exactly as we had envisioned. We even lived through the demo and construction with a toddler! That's how great the Homerun team was - they were prompt, finished each phase of the project on time, and thoroughly cleaned up the space (as best you can during major construction) every single day. They also didn't mind my wife and I checking in every day asking questions and checking out the progress. (Shoutout to Antonio and Juan for always being patient with us!) We would highly recommend Guy and his team for any project big or small.
