I woke up this morning enjoying a beautiful sunrise through the crystal clear windows that this team cleaned this week. I can't say enough about how professional and efficient they are. They cleaned all my windows, inside and out, cleaned my solar panels, and power washed the front of my house all in less than an hour and a half! Very reasonable, very professional. read more

Xtreme Services - Clean panels make more power! - Window Washing Near Me

TToday was the 2nd time we've used them and they are the BEST!!! They do such an amazing job, work quickly and are so careful & considerate while working. They call back immediately after leaving a message or sending a text. And the best part is the bill once they finish! I recently recommended them to a friend who was equally impressed! My downspouts were clogged & there was water puddled on the roof and they were able to squeeze me in same day after I explained the urgency. Thank you soooo much! read more

"Look over yonder. What do you see? The sun is a'risin. Most definitely. A new day is comin'. People are changin'. Ain't it beautiful... crystal blue persuasion." I'm lookin' over yonder. Out my crystal clear windows. Thanks to Julio and Sergio. These guys came over same day as requested. Knocked out 12 windows in an hour for $100 (plus I gave 'em a nice tip). Ridiculously clean. Bottom line: I got my view of the bridge back. Thanks Xtreme. read more

Awesome - Fabulous - Hurray! I am thrilled to fine XTreme! Finally, a great alternative to SF Perfect Shine. Sergio and his brothers showed up on time, were very fairly priced and did a great job. Didn't make a mess and completed a thorough job. Hurray! read more

Very friendly and efficient guys who did an excellent job in my apartment. They showed up exactly at the time they said they would. There are were four of them and they were super fast doing their job. My windows are beautiful now. And you can't beat the price they are offering you. read more

Sergio and his brother worked quickly but thoroughly. They were very polite (they took their shoes off as soon as they saw we had light-colored carpet), and made sure they didn't make a mess in our apartment. Top it off with how reasonable the price was - I only hope that Sergio stays in the biz for a looong time! I can enjoy sunlight again! Gracias Sergio! read more

Awesome, friendly guys who know what they're doing and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time (a three story victorian house) in about two hours. Considering the price, it's a fantastic deal. read more

I cannot speak to the quality of job they would have done. Understand that caveat. But I can speak to the communications ability of the staff. This was over phone. I left a voice mail with all the information I could think to include. The initial response came three days later, in a voice that I could barely understand. I called again, after work, the same night, and got voice mail again. So I left another message. I have not heard from them since. So . . . I have experienced better. But maybe they do a stellar job once you can work the communications out. read more

I called two companies for an estimate. A guy from the first company came over, wrote the info on his clipboard, and said he would email the estimate to me. When Julio contacted me, he told me that he would give me the estimate right away -- and if I liked the estimate, he and his helper could clean the windows immediately. The estimate was far lower than what I expected -- and I gave the guys the go-ahead. The two of them completed the job (12 windows inside and out -- one story up) in less than an hour -- and the windows look fantastic. BTW -- it's two days later and I still haven't received my email with the estimate from the other company! read more

So that's what it looks like outside our windows? Yes, waited a bit long to have the windows washed. They are on a stick Victorian, so are close to 30 feet up in the air. I called a window washer I found in the local paper. They guy came to look in order to give me an estimate and I never heard from him again. Later, I came across Xtreme when they were washing a neighbors very high windows and asked for their card. They came, and for a very fair price, did all eight windows in just a few minutes and let them SPOTLESS. Wonderful team. Dirty windows? Call Xtreme. read more

Thanks to Sergio but I also owe some gratitude to my fellow yelpers--the reviews were SPOT ON. Sergio and his crew were super responsive. I have out of town family from Germany visiting and they are meticulous about their windows and I realize ours are a mess. So I hop and yelp, call Sergio and within minutes we've scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. He arrives right on time(extra points), with crew in tow, ready to go. He quoted me $80 to clean my very dirty windows--outside and inside (month long construction and 2 bus lines in front of my building)--i have 2 large double hangs, 1 huge awning window and 4 small double hangs. He had one guy on a 40 ft ladder, on a rather gnarly russian hill slope and 2 others working with him and job was done in 1 hour. Very reasonably priced, polite and fast. Highly recommended! read more

Seriously. It used to take me a full day to clean all our windows (with streaks). But Sergio and crew cleaned all 8 big windows in a couple hours (with no streaks) AND cleaned all the screens too. They asked for $75 but I had to pay them $100. I'm almost eager for the windows to get dirty again. Amazing service! read more

These guys are all they're cracked up to be. They did a great job on the windows and were amazingly reasonable on price (for doing most of the windows on our house they charged $75). But what really sold me was how courteous and professional they were. I have never seen anyone, let alone two men, remove shoes immediately at the door so they could tiptoe quietly past a sleeping baby, and open and close doors so quietly too. Not even my husband does that :). Rock on, Xtreme Windows! read more

Julio and his team pressure washed the side of my house which was this awful green color from many years of neglect. They spent a lot of time on the job and when they were finished I couldn't believe I was looking at the same house. The wall was sparkling clean! Many years ago I hired another pressure washing company; the results were very disappointing so I was hesitant to try it again. I'm so glad I did. Now I know that if the job is done right the results can be amazing. Julio was very professional throughout and even called me to say he was running about 15 minutes late. And the price was very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely use them again for future pressure washing and window washing jobs. read more

I have used their services about once a year in the last 3 years to clean our windows in the house. A couple of years ago they had the best bundled pricing for 8-10 windows where several crew members would clean very efficiently inside and outside. More recently their prices have go up a bit more but it is still very good compared to other companies in the area. They are meticulous and will do their best to get your vision to the world to be spotless. They can be a bit busy so scheduling for a job may take a couple of weeks but its worth it. read more

Just like everyone else, I had a great experience. They showed up on time, worked hard, did a great job and left no mess. They even climbed out of very hard to clean skylight windows onto a steep roof in order to wash them from the outside. Friendly, conscientious, hard working, very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for. read more

Great work, fast service, very reasonable prices. I'm so happy with the new clean windows and power-washed exterior of my house!

These guys were awesome! I phoned around 11am and within a couple of hours they had called me back and slotted me in and were at our apartment by 2pm doing a briliant job! They were really lovely guys who were really quick & clean. The job they did was impressive and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. read more

Can't say enough about Xtreme. Arrived early (called ahead), and did an incredible job. Some windows were very hard to access even with a ladder. None the less, Sergio and his team did a phenomenal job. Respectful of our home, and would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Sergio and his crew are amazing. Sometimes 2 guys and sometimes several, but they take their shoes off and get down to business, and get the windows sparkling clean in no time. You might have to wait for him to return your call and and they are busy so you may not get your windows done right away, but they do a great job and for a very reasonable price and they leave no mess. read more

Reasonably priced, polite, professional and did a great job. Totally recommend them.

Sergio did a fantastic job on our victorian (40 windows!) and was very reasonably priced. We hadn't had the windows cleaned in several years, and the difference is amazing. Xtreme was very responsive, friendly, efficient and incredibly affordable - definitely a 5 star experience! read more

Always happy with the work of Julio and his team. Excellent in all ways.

I'm a realtor and found Xtreme Window Cleaning here on Yelp. I decided to try them and made an appointment to take care of very dirty windows on a listing I was bringing on the market. They were very understanding about making the appointment on my schedule and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. When they arrived I asked them to do a couple other small things and they were very helpful. They also showed up and did the whole job in a very timely and professional manner. They were very courteous and careful not to mark up the newly refinished floors. And to top it off their fee was extremely reasonable. I will use them again. Thanks Sergio. I hope your business thrives. It's a very valuable service. read more

Julio, Sergio and his team are GREAT!! There was a 2 month wait but I was very lucky that there was a cancellation. They power washed the front and back of the house, cleaned the windows inside and out, and also cleaned our gutters. Super courteous and very nice guys. Just to let you know they were hard to get a hold of. I called for a week and was wondering if I had the right number and I kept calling and finally got a hold of Sergio the second week. They are worth being persistent for because they saved me a lot of money!! The other company I called was WAY WAY WAY more expensive!! read more

Sergio set the time to show up next day. Showed up on time. Crew of 4 people. They worked fast and did good job.

These folks are the greatest! They showed up right on time, did excellent work and charged a fair price. I recommend them highly.

They came as scheduled, actually called to see if it was ok to come earlier, they were fast and good and nice. What more can you ask for?

Very well done - this is what you enjoy paying for, professional and competent service. Thank you Sergio.

These guys are awesome. I called on Wednesday and they came the next day. They were in and out in 40 minutes and charged only $80 for my entire house!!! read more

I called them because of all the other glowing Yelp reviews and I simply have to agree! Sergio and his crew were fast, neat, did a really great job and were very reasonably priced. I had to wait until they had time in their schedule, but that's because of all the reasons listed above. They finished exactly when they said that they would and I am already planning on calling them next year. Thanks guys. read more

Worth the wait. These men are so good, they are very busy. If your call isn't answered in a day, call back. On time, very quiet, polite, did a fast, super job on very dirty 3rd story windows. Great price for an excellent job. read more

prompt, efficient, and priced competitively. I've already recommended to my friends.

Jonathon spent the day yesterday carefully cleaning my windows & I am thrilled with the results! My windows are old & were heavily stained by hard water marks. Jonathon was able to get 95% of the stains off with just diligent & repeated washing. He came prepared with an acid wash if he needed it. He was truly professional in being on time, being clean & neat, having the right tools (many sizes of squeegees), and communicating well. I wanted him to apply a glass sealant to keep the windows from spotting again, presumably from the sprinkler system. He worked with me to try a few to see the result, then pointed out which windows got so much sun that the slightly cloudy residue would show. So, he persuaded me of what would look best rather than just doing it at an extra charge. And his overall price was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling Jonathon every year to complete this chore. The results made a big difference in how the house feels. read more

I've used Sergio and his team twice now. I have very difficult windows to clean, including three greenhouse windows, and I've actually been turned down by other window cleaners. Sergio was on time, very fast, worked safely, and did an excellent job. His price was excellent. He even did several extra windows for his original quoted price. read more

When I saw five stars from 20 out of 20 folks, I was a bit wary, until I examined the individual reviewers' ratings (ie, many of them had a CREDIBLE range of good and bad reviews). I mean nobody's perfect, right? Sergio and his three brothers arrived early (they called first), were EXTREMELY careful, meticulous, and TIDY when they (Julio) power washed my 3 level house's exterior, and cleaned all six windows for less than HALF the price of their competitor ( that also "pressure wash" buildings) with NO sacrifice in quality. They're professional, courteous, industrious, and conscientious in their work. If you don't at least include them as ONE of your estimates, you are truly throwing away your hard earned money. They REALLY deserve their NOW 21 out of 21 five star rating!! read more

Very affordable, dependable and super service.

I set up my appointment with Xtreme Window Cleaning a while ago--they couldn't get to me any sooner. Julio and Juan came today and washed my 35 windows and skylights and I am really happy with their work. They were efficient and thorough and didn't miss a single window. All the fog residue is gone! read more

These guys are fantastic. Efficient and worth every penny. Came on time and cleared all my windows inside and out with care. They climbed to high places and ensured not to leave any marks on walls, etc. by putting towels against ladders. They also covered their feet so as not to leave any marks on carpet. Windows were spotless when they were finished. Would definitely hire them again. read more

Got a quote for $350 for my Marina house from another window service here on Yelp. Julio and Juan from Xtreme Window Cleaning came by and quoted $140 and completed the job in 1.5 hours. I saved $210, they were happy, and my windows now look spotless. Thanks for honest, fast, efficient service. read more
