I cannot speak to the quality of job they would have done. Understand that caveat. But I can speak to the communications ability of the staff. This was over phone. I left a voice mail with all the information I could think to include. The initial response came three days later, in a voice that I could barely understand. I called again, after work, the same night, and got voice mail again. So I left another message. I have not heard from them since. So . . . I have experienced better. But maybe they do a stellar job once you can work the communications out. read more

I called two companies for an estimate. A guy from the first company came over, wrote the info on his clipboard, and said he would email the estimate to me. When Julio contacted me, he told me that he would give me the estimate right away -- and if I liked the estimate, he and his helper could clean the windows immediately. The estimate was far lower than what I expected -- and I gave the guys the go-ahead. The two of them completed the job (12 windows inside and out -- one story up) in less than an hour -- and the windows look fantastic. So that's what it looks like outside our windows? Yes, waited a bit long to have the windows washed. They are on a stick Victorian, so are close to 30 feet up in the air. I called a window washer I found in the local paper. They guy came to look in order to give me an estimate and I never heard from him again. Later, I came across Xtreme when they were washing a neighbors very high windows and asked for their card. Thanks to Sergio but I also owe some gratitude to my fellow yelpers--the reviews were SPOT ON. Sergio and his crew were super responsive. I have out of town family from Germany visiting and they are meticulous about their windows and I realize ours are a mess. So I hop and yelp, call Sergio and within minutes we've scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. He arrives right on time(extra points), with crew in tow, ready to go. He quoted me $80 to clean my very dirty windows--outside and inside (month long construction and 2 bus lines in front of my building)--i have 2 large double hangs, 1 huge awning window and 4 small double hangs. He had one guy on a 40 ft ladder, on a rather gnarly russian hill slope and 2 others working with him and job was done in 1 hour. Very reasonably priced, polite and fast. Seriously. It used to take me a full day to clean all our windows (with streaks). But Sergio and crew cleaned all 8 big windows in a couple hours (with no streaks) AND cleaned all the screens too. These guys are all they're cracked up to be. They did a great job on the windows and were amazingly reasonable on price (for doing most of the windows on our house they charged $75). But what really sold me was how courteous and professional they were. I have never seen anyone, let alone two men, remove shoes immediately at the door so they could tiptoe quietly past a sleeping baby, and open and close doors so quietly too. Julio and his team pressure washed the side of my house which was this awful green color from many years of neglect. They spent a lot of time on the job and when they were finished I couldn't believe I was looking at the same house. The wall was sparkling clean! Many years ago I hired another pressure washing company; the results were very disappointing so I was hesitant to try it again. I'm so glad I did. Now I know that if the job is done right the results can be amazing. Julio was very professional throughout and even called me to say he was running about 15 minutes late. And the price was very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely use them again for future pressure washing and window washing jobs. read more

I have used their services about once a year in the last 3 years to clean our windows in the house. A couple of years ago they had the best bundled pricing for 8-10 windows where several crew members would clean very efficiently inside and outside. More recently their prices have go up a bit more but it is still very good compared to other companies in the area. They are meticulous and will do their best to get your vision to the world to be spotless. They can be a bit busy so scheduling for a job may take a couple of weeks but its worth it. read more

Julio, Sergio and his team are GREAT!! There was a 2 month wait but I was very lucky that there was a cancellation. They power washed the front and back of the house, cleaned the windows inside and out, and also cleaned our gutters. Super courteous and very nice guys. Jonathon spent the day yesterday carefully cleaning my windows & I am thrilled with the results! My windows are old & were heavily stained by hard water marks. Jonathon was able to get 95% of the stains off with just diligent & repeated washing. He came prepared with an acid wash if he needed it. He was truly professional in being on time, being clean & neat, having the right tools (many sizes of squeegees), and communicating well. I wanted him to apply a glass sealant to keep the windows from spotting again, presumably from the sprinkler system. He worked with me to try a few to see the result, then pointed out which windows got so much sun that the slightly cloudy residue would show. So, he persuaded me of what would look best rather than just doing it at an extra charge. And his overall price was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling Jonathon every year to complete this chore. The results made a big difference in how the house feels. read more

When I saw five stars from 20 out of 20 folks, I was a bit wary, until I examined the individual reviewers' ratings (ie, many of them had a CREDIBLE range of good and bad reviews). I mean nobody's perfect, right? Sergio and his three brothers arrived early (they called first), were EXTREMELY careful, meticulous, and TIDY when they (Julio) power washed my 3 level house's exterior, and cleaned all six windows for less than HALF the price of their competitor ( that also "pressure wash" buildings) with NO sacrifice in quality. They're professional, courteous, industrious, and conscientious in their work. If you don't at least include them as ONE of your estimates, you are truly throwing away your hard earned money.
