Quick summary: Stunningly unprofessional. Beware of these…read moreguys, they failed to show up at our agreed-upon time to repair door dings in three cars, a $1400 job. Failed to even call and cancel our appointment after asking me to tear the headliner out of one car which I did. Detailed summary: I set up an appointment for 12 noon on a Saturday for them to come out and give me an estimate on three cars. When they didn't show up at 12 noon I gave them 30 minutes and called at which time they said they would be there at 2:00. I let this slide even though I had other appointments that afternoon thinking it was just an oversight on their part. When they showed up they spent about an hour looking at all three cars. We negotiated a price and they told me to make sure and have the headliner removed from one of the cars they were working on. They told me they would be back the following Saturday at 8 o'clock in the morning. That week I prepared the cars for their arrival and remove the headliner as requested. They never showed up, they never called and to this day I've never heard a word from them. Hindsight, I should've had a written agreement and had I had a written agreement they would be sued for making me rip the headliner out of one of the cars. Unfortunately it was not able to be removed without damage so now it's a $700 repair.

If it would not have been for the law suit letters coming to our home we would have never known! Horrible business ethic!!!!
