Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. The guy came right out & looked at it, he said I can replace the bumper & gave me a quote however, he said if I was more worried about the scratches he could see if some of it would come off with a clothe; I literally thought no way I've been through the car wash & I already tried myself. He came over with some solution & a clothe & most of it came off. I have a small little scratch you can barely see but it's almost good as new. I promise no way would I ever imagine that it would be that simple & I know other places would have quoted me a crazy number knowing that is all it would take. When I asked how much & tried to pay, he said no way, I just wiped it...no big deal...I don't want to take advantage of your misfortune. I will never forget this place & I will refer everyone I know. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
