They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Once I paid in advance for vehicle upholstery Victor failed to show up a total of 4 times and barely ever responds to texts and will not answer when I call. Each time he left me hanging with no text or phone call for hours after the fact and gave excuses each time.
